Unhappy with order, 13 Oct 2013
The order arrived damaged beyond repair and I was only offered the price of the P&P in recompence or having to go to the effort and hassle of having to return the item which was extremely large in size. The company have offered to refund the P&P charges for the return and then the full refund when the item arrives back with them. However they requested I return this second class in which case I would have no proof of return - I am awaiting response on my suggestion that I return the item recorded delivery and they pay for the recorded delivery costs. I feel this is a fair request given the situation.
