For anyone wondering how important content is for their website or wishing to roll out a content marketing plan, this is a good book to read.

The first half of the book is very useful and there are some great examples of success stories.

THis is a good keyboard. We have purchased 3 of them over the months and they all work perfectly with our Macs. No more changing batteries and the full size keyboard is a bonus

5.0 out of 5 stars HMTL5 or HTML5 for web designers?, 10 Oct 2010
I have two HTML5 ebooks, this one and the one from booksapart "HTML5 for web designers"

First, the "HTML5 for web designers" ebook is better produced in my option, easy to read and very digestible. If you are quite new to HTML or wnat something you can read in a weekend you may prefer this book which is only $9.00, although not available from Amazon I believe (check that if you want it as it may have changed since writing this).

However, if you're an experienced CSS /HTML web designer who is looking to bring your skills up to-date the "Introducing HTML 5" book is, in my opinion, packed with more information and I found it very useful indeed. If I had to make a decison based on only being able to buy one book, I would presonally go with" Introducing HTML 5" based on the more extensive coverage. As I say HTML5 for web designers is a great read and beautifully presented, even the graphics in Introducing HTML5 book are not that great but you will learn a lot about HTML5 and overall its a very well presented and easy-to-read ebook.

Designing with Web Standards
Designing with Web Standards

5.0 out of 5 stars Serious about web design - you need this book, 17 Jan 2005
Zeldmans "Designing with Web standards" is the perfect book for anyone who has a reasonable standard of web production skills but is yet to make the transition to tablesless designs, external stylesheets and/or grasp the concepts of web site accessibility.
In this regard this book is one of the best. You need to read it from cover to cover and then return to the sections as you implement websites based on the principles discussed. This book is more about how to implement and understand web standards, with code examples but is not, in my opinion, an in-depth CSS reference or beginners manual. If you are brand new to web design, you will ned to complement this book with other in-depth material on producing HTML, XHML and CSS2 based websites.
But if you have some skills, are used to using tables in design and need to gain a greater understanding of how to implement web standards, grasp this book with both hands, find somewhere quite to read, grab a coffee and enjoy, it's one of the best
