5.0 out of 5 stars Lovely bag, good value for money, 12 Jan. 2016

I'm thrilled with this bag. The leather looks and smells lovely, it's well-made and elegant (which you can't always tell just by looking at photographs online) and it's a great chocolate brown colour. For £69, it's a steal. (Mine has a shoulder strap, by the way.)

5.0 out of 5 stars Sumptuous!, 1 Nov. 2015
This is the most beautiful book: glorious photographs and a privileged peek into gardens one would never normally see. Highly recommended. The perfect Christmas present.

5.0 out of 5 stars Beautifully written and brave, 25 April 2014
This is a searing account of one woman's descent (twice) into crippling depression and her recoveries. She suffered two terrible breakdowns after giving birth and only slowly dragged herself back to sanity with a great deal of love and support from her mother and husband. Poetry helped a lot too, and there are some lovely examples of therapeutic poems scattered through the book, which will touch many a heart. Rachel Kelly is a former Times journalist, and it shows. This is very readable - I read it in two sittings with only a night in between - but it is also incredibly honest and touching. Highly recommended, particularly if you have suffered from depression yourself or have a friend or family member in that position.

3.0 out of 5 stars Beware of pilling, 1 Mar. 2014

It's a great tailored shape for a fleece, and is nice and warm. But it started pilling after just one week's wear.

2.0 out of 5 stars It says it's leather but it's not!, 11 Jan. 2014

I wanted a leather case and liked the look of this one. It had also been well reviewed. It turns out not just to be synthetic but to have a really horrible chemical smell. Although it looks good, I'm very disappointed.

2.0 out of 5 stars Unreliable controllers, 18 Dec. 2013
We have twice had to send off for new controllers for this. Finally the blanket has packed up altogether. It also has a very annoying plastic disc at about shoulder height, which digs into you when you are lying down. Otherwise, it's fine!

2.0 out of 5 stars Disappointing, 17 Feb. 2012
I bought this on the basis of the Amazon reviews and was really quite disappointed. First, although it has wheels, it doesn't have an extendable handle with which to pull it along. This means that (a) unless you're really quite small, you have to lean over and down to reach the fabric handle at the top of the bag and (b) more importantly, it bashes against your ankles and twists off its wheels. I found this incredibly frustrating when wheeling it around airports.

The other annoyance is that the detachable daypack (which was the other reason I chose it) has no internal zip pockets or organiser. So if you're using it for your daypack on a long flight, there's nowhere to put your passport, keys, wallet, boarding pass, pen etc except in the general melee with all your other stuff. There's a tiny zip pocket on the outside, but that's hardly secure for valuables.

Other than that, it's perfectly OK. But I wouldn't recommend it, particularly for long periods of travel. It will only annoy you.

1.0 out of 5 stars Useless, 11 Jun. 2011
I bought some of these, having had a lot of success with Aeroxon ones, which look very similar. But, while the Aeroxon ones trapped about 30 moths within a week, these ones have caught just two. Maybe they have the wrong pheromones? I know I haven't run out of moths, as I'm still seeing them flying around. Anyway, for me these traps have been a waste of money.
