i haven`t read any books by a male author until this one and will definitely look for others by him,he has the gift of writing about wartime as if you are there and living it,well written and in the style of such authors as Freda Lightfoot and Pamela Evans.really enjoyed his book

5.0 out of 5 stars kindle, 15 Feb 2011
i have recently purchased a kindle,i bought the cheaper one as i thought i would not benefit by buying the dearer one as i am usually within a wifi connection, but when going abroad i download books to read whilst away from my wifi,i find it so much easier than having to go to the library and then to tkae them back on time, plus once downloaded i have got them for life!i would recomend any avid reader to buy one
