US band takes prog forward., 9 April 2013
You don't expect to hear the "f" word from a progressive band but then Spock's Beard arrived post punk and "thrash" so they are more post-modern than their sixties ancestors. The Californian hispanic styling is interesting, too, reflecting the west coast influences of bands like Love and Airplane. I didn't expect to enjoy a neo-progressive band as much.
