Not just the history of a yarn company but a history of the Yorkshire wool spinning industry. An absolute gem full of local detail. If you are interested in the early industrialisation of West Yorkshire you will love this.
I love this book! Great patterns which for me have worked out well. I do think it helps if you are an experienced knitter though as there are errors in some of the patterns. Great to see the original alongside the modern interpretation. Miss Crawford has done well with this and I hope she produces more.
I personally can't wait for the release, the available snippets are tantalising. Katherine appears to be giving us another helping of pure pleasure with this latest album, long may she continue to do so.
November is a miserable month at the best of times, but now we have something to look forward to. This show was fabulous - pure entertainment from start to finish, with not a swear word or blue joke in sight. I simply cannot wait for this DVD to come out. Viva Katherine! Viva Darcey! Viva the entire company! You gave me one of the best nights out I have had in years.
