5.0 out of 5 stars Useful and well written, 13 April 2013

Human dog play is not everybody's piece of cake, But it is difficult, for people who likes such play, to find relevant information. Of course if you search the net there are several pieces around but it takes time and effort.
This book gives some basic guidelines about human pup-dog play, speaks about feelings, and describe some interesting personal experience. I would say that it cannot be taken as the ultimate guide but rather as a start to discover more and develop a more personal play style

5.0 out of 5 stars Great story, nice writing, 13 April 2013

This is not a porno story. This is mainly an erotic novel with generous dose of interesting sex scenes from somebody who clearly knows from inside these kind of things. Nothing very extreme and everything in a very realistic basis.
Most important of all, this book speaks about feelings and emotions something you cannot find easily :-D.

Complete Shibari Volume 2

5.0 out of 5 stars A simple approach to a difficult subject, 1 Nov. 2012
Verified Purchase(What is this?)
This book cannot be read by itself...it is the companion of the first volume 'Land' and canbe fully understood only if the bondage techniques of the first book have been practised well.
This book doesn't describe the simple construction ties in which Shibari is based but goes directly to the suspension practices. Suspension is a complicated subject in bondage and most people prefer to do it using special equipment. In Shibari you can do such thing by just using ropes, it is a form of art (in suspension even more than in the ground) and this is the magic behind it.
Again in this book Safety advices are given, in greater degree than the first volume (logically) and also more explanations about potential hardware which can be used.
Again the book explains some basic suspension techniques and gives ideas for further explorations which is the perfect approach to Shibari in my point of view.
In any case this book is one of the kind because although you can find many books for Shibari bondage on the ground, I doubt if it is something else out there for suspension techniques

5.0 out of 5 stars Simple but still descriptive and helpful, 1 Nov. 2012

Shibari is a 'simple' erotic bondage practice. 'Simple' means that it doesn't include complicated knots or so and more complicated rope ties are constructed from some basic ones.
This books explain well how can you create these basic rope ties and give ideas how can you proceed further on with more complicated ones. Few words and more photos help to understand well all the principles.
In the beginning gives safety guidelines but without to overcome it like some other books of this kind and also helpful information about what rope to use and other useful hardware (in this point it could be a bit more detailed but it keeps it simple to avoid complications)
If I would like to criticize something then it could be the avoidance to refer to the original Japanese names for specific type of ties. It has a point saying that people can remember practical names, but Japanese names could be there just for reference.
Overall one of the best book I have read about the topic

A really strong glue who does what it promises. Be careful when apply it because if it goes to naked flesh then take days to go off :)

4.0 out of 5 stars Good value for money, 15 Nov. 2011

Before I bought this product I read carefully almost all reviews here. Some of them are really useful and helpful (especially if you take into account the poor instructions comes with this Wireless Access Point), some of them are good ones and few really bad ones. After living a month with it I must say that this product does what it promises.
I have used it both in 'client' and 'repeater' mode and in both cases work well. What I found out (and explain the bad reviews in my opinion) is that its performance is depended of main Access Point device performance (means the modem or hub or what ever the internet provider gives) as well as the quality of internet connection itself. What I mean...when our internet connection is poor it may not be noticeable using just the provider's equipment, but with the addition of an 'amplifier' like this Wireless Access Point, we amplify the signal but we amplify the problem also. Can be very annoying but it is not product's fault.
In my opinion you cannot know in advance if it is going to work well or not (especially if you consider that the quality of all internet connections changes from time to time) but for its money a buy and try is a good solution. It really solves the problem of poor wireless signal and expand your network really well.
