- "I have been using these ph strips and find them very useful. I was using bicarb of soda to balance my acid/alkaline but have been told by a naturopath that it is better to use super green foods (in powder form) and only use bicarb in the short term. Fresh lemon juice can also make your system more alkaline and this is a safe effective way to rid the body of too much acid."
