Q:How long will it take for my order (UK Deliveries) ?
A: For most orders normally around 3 working days, anything larger will be delivered by Courier - Please make sure someone is there to sign for the parcel.
Stated dispatch/delivery times are exceeded most of the time!!
If you require it quicker then please email us for further options and we will try our best to get it out asap.
Q: My item/s hasnt arrived ?
A: All our goods are sent via Royal Mail 1st class or via Courier for larger orders.
Royal Mail guidelines are to give it up to 14 working days from the date of dispatch and if your package has still not arrived then please contact us straight away in order to sort this matter out. We do Barcode each parcel in order to track location which can only be done after 14 days,
Q: What if I recieve my item/s and its wrong ?
A: This we can only put down to human error and are truly sorry for.
So if you would like to return your item/s to us, we will then dispatch your original item/s asap and cover the cost of postage you had returning the incorrect package back to us, please use Second Class Post and obtain Proof of Posting, we regret we are unable to refund money paid for Recorded/Signed For or First Class Postage Costs.
Q: What if I want to return an item that is unsuitable?
Please return the item to us in Original Condition with all tags/labels intact. We will exchange or refund you. Postage will not be refunded. If any item is returned damaged or not in original packaging we reserve the right to return it.
To Comply with Distance Selling Regulations (2000) we will not be liable for return postage incurred for the following Categories of return : Item too Big/Small, Item not wanted/needed, Item used or where Tags/Labels have been removed by the Buyer or if items are not returned exactly as sent. We have to refund original postage costs which we do in most cases providing return is made within 7 days - this is a Statuary Obligation.
As we sell Clothing we regret that we are unable to accept returns of washed or used items, this is for hygene purposes.
