Returns/Refunds
We do not sell counterfeit, copies or seconds of any products so you can buy with confidence. As an UK VAT registered company, we are offering 7 days hassle free return policy for all EU customers. Customers can return any products within 7 days after the delivery date for replacement or a full refund (excluding expedited delivery cost). This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that administration fee of 20% of the original amount paid with the minimum of £5.00 if the amount is lower will apply for unwanted goods returned between 7 to 30 days. But please note:
• Any returned product must not have been used in any way and it needs to be in its original condition as delivered i.e. unopened with any seals and packaging intact. We cannot accept any opened product unless it is due to manufacturer defect.
• We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To ensure receipt please return the item by a Royal Mail RECORDED SIGNED FOR service, this will provide you with a proof of receipt by us. Please ensure you include your Order ID, your name/address and reason for return otherwise your refund could be delayed.
• The original shipping cost cannot be refunded and customer needs to pay for the cost of returning items.
• For faulty products which are returned with all accessories, instructions etc and where a fault is verified by us we will either send a replacement or full refund will be given.
The refund will be processed within 7 working days after returned item is received, and the refund will be made in the same way as the original payment. Any problems and concerns, please feel free to contact us via seller messages. We will endeavour to respond as soon as we can.

• We aim to despatch all paid orders within the 1-2 working days (except Bank/Public holidays).
• Orders received after 3:00pm weekdays and orders placed on Weekends and Bank/Public Holidays will be despatched the next working day during normal working hours.
• United Kingdom deliveries are sent via Royal Mail post or Courier Service.. We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date. If your order is not delivered within the time scale after placing your order, then please contact us via Seller Central Messages. Please note that for UK address, Royal Mail accepts queries after 15 days from the date of despatch of the order and for EU posting after 20 days from date of despatch.
• Shipping will only be to the address registered with the order.
• If you are not at the delivery address when your parcel arrives, the postman should leave a calling card with information for you to arrange collection or re-delivery. If opted by Expedited Delivery, the order will be sent by overnight courier which will be delivered next working day. The courier company will attempt the delivery at the address, unless an email confirming specific instructions is received to leave the parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour prior to the despatch of the order. If you do not collect or arrange re-delivery of your parcel/s within the post office's specified timeframe, the parcel will be returned to us. If this happens then you will have to re-pay postage costs for us to re-send the parcel. Please note that certain item due to weight & size of product will be sent by Courier. (We reserve the right to apply additional charge of £12 in the event of a non collection when goods are delivered by Courier).
