DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Items are sent through the post via Royal mail. If you have received your product broken please contact us at orders@flashsuperstore.co.uk to inform us.
All fragile products are wrapped in bubble envelopes and then placed inside a mail envelope so that it arrives with our customer in the same condition as it was shipped. At times some products do become faulty, this is through no fault of Flash superstore. If a product is fragile it may break in transit.

Please note we do not send VAT invoices with our orders due to security reasons. This does not mean that we do not provide a VAT invoice. If you wish for a VAT invoice to be forwarded, please forward your personal email address to orders@flashsuperstore.co.uk
Your VAT invoice will be forwarded in a .pdf format and attached to an email.

BULK PACKAGED ITEMS
Some items sold by Flash superstore are not retail packed. This means that the product does not have blister packaging.
Bulk packaged items are brand new genuine products, just as those sold in retail packaging. The only reason these products are sold without the blister packaging is because it is cheaper for Flash superstore to buy the goods without the retail packaging and sell them cheaper to their customers. Some products are purchased in retail and then converted to bulk by Flash superstore to reduce postage costs. This is done to make postage costs cheaper.
Please note that these products still hold the same guarantee as retail packed items. If a product becomes faulty contact us at orders@flashsuperstore.co.uk

FAULTY PRODUCTS
MEMORY CARDS:
You may have recieved a card which is not working on your device. If you have ordered a 'SDHC' card please check the compatibility of the card. You may have ordered the incorrect capacity card for your device. There is a difference between a 'SD' and 'SDHC' card. The 'SDHC' card is a high capacity card which will only be recognised in devices that display the 'SDHC' symbol.
If you wish you can forward the make and model of your device to us and we will do our entire best to advise you on which memory card is compatible.
If the card is correct and compatible still not working please contact us on orders@flashsuperstore.co.uk and we will forward the returns information.
Please note if your memory card is not showing its full capacity please format the card as some cards do not come formatted. Some capacity is used for formatting and other functions, and thus is not available for storage.
ACCESSORIES:
If you have received a accessory product that is faulty please contact us on orders@flashsuperstore.co.uk
In the unlikely event we are not able to replace the product we will issue a full refund.

RETURNS
If you wish to return an item please email us at orders@flashsuperstore.co.uk informing us that you wish to return your order and the reason for the return. Please also forward your order number.
On receipt of your email we will forward a returns form which you will need to print of and send back with your order.
Please send your return back via recorded delivery so you have proof of sending the product back and are able to trace its whereabouts. Also if the product is lost in transit you are able to get your money back from the transit company.
Please note if you have ordered and received a retail packaged item and wish to return the product due to ordering an incorrect item and the packaging has been removed, you will be deducted 25% re-stocking fee.
This fee is applied because once a product has been opened and the packing has been removed, the product has lost its value and can not be sold.
Please note due to hygiene reasons we will not accept back any opened or used headsets

ORDERS RETURNED TO SENDER
All orders are shipped via Royal mail. At times some packages are returned to Flash superstore with reason of return.
If your order has been returned to Flash superstore you will receive an email informing you that your order has been returned by Royal mail and the reason for its return.
If you wish for the order to be re-shipped to you please email us at orders@flashsuperstore.co.uk
Please note that you will only be contacted by Flash superstore once we have received the order back from Royal mail.
The cost of re-shipment will be born by the customer.
