Are your products brand new?
All our products are brand new and are shipped directly from the manufacturer to minimize handling. So unlike high street shops, our products have not been gathering dust in a warehouse.
Can I return my product if I am not entirely happy?
If you have purchased a product and you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return this to us within 14 days together with proof of purchase. The item must be in exactly the same condition supplied (pristine condition), in the box along with everything supplied.
How long does it take to deliver an item?
As long as we have an item in stock, it will be delivered within 1-3 working
days- unless the item has been ordered over the weekend when it will be dispatched on the Monday morning.
Who do you use for delivey?
We use several high quality Couriers.
How can I track my order?
You should use the order tracking on our site. You may log into it using your email address and the order no (which will be emailed to you).
Can I place an order over the phone?
Yes. If you are not happy about ordering online, please do call us and one of our trained advisers can deal with your order.

liGo Delivery Rates
How Much Does It Cost:
A Standard Delivery charge is added to all orders to UK mainland addresses (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Eire) and are usually delivered in 1-3 working days. All orders for ¬£150.00 or more will enjoy free shipping with our compliments (excluding Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Eire). Some products might incur an additional delivery charge, but of course you will be notified before processing your order, after we obtained the quote.
We can arrange for overseas deliveries, however, we will require prior agreement. A delivery charge will then be agreed before the order is processed.

How Long Does It Take:
Items ordered before 3.00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered within 3 working days (excluding Saturday), anytime up to 5.30pm. (assuming that the item is in stock). Every effort is made by Ligo & the delivery agents to achieve this for our customers althought the standard free does not guarantee this.
Orders taken on Friday (after 3.00pm), Saturday or Sunday will normally be dispatched on Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders taken on Friday before 3.00 pm will normally be dispatched on Friday.
liGo relies upon the services of couriers. Although we make every effort to keep to our word there are unfortunately a few occasions when the couriers fail to perform the service that they are required to. This happens very rarely. We cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. For the avoidance of doubt, Ligo Electronics will not refund the standard delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the expected delivery date.
Who do we use?
Orders addressed within the UK mainland are sent by several well known high quality Couriers. You must arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the parcel on the expected delivery date. Where a parcel cannot be delivered, (e.g. no-one at home), you will be left with a card and you should call to arrange for delivery at another time. ANC & Business Post will only attempt one re-delivery, thereafter you willl be required to collect your parcel from the collection depot within 5 days. If your parcel is not collected within 5 days it will be returned to Ligo Electronics. Your credit / debit card will be credited your original total cost less ¬£14.99 which is the full cost of delivery to you, plus return delivery charges back to Ligo Electronics. What to do if there is a problem with the delivery
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org . We will contact ANC and call you back to let you know what's happening within a few hours.
If the goods are damaged upon receipt please e-mail: email@example.com within 2 days of delivery.
If you have received an item which has been sent in error, please note that this must be sent back to us. Ligo Electronics will pay for the delivery of the goods back. If items are not received back within 5 working days, an invoice will be raised and a charge made to the customers account. The items must be in the same condition as dispatched.

Very rarely we may email you with details of featured products and offers. You will always be given the opportunity to refuse these emails in the future and be removed from our mailing list. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

Returns and Refunds
All our products have a minimum of 1 year guarantee from date of purchase. Some items have 2 years guarantee. For some items such as fax machines, you would need to contact the manufacturer directly for any repairs/replacement as per their request. This only applies to some machines.
If a fault occurs with your product or your item is damaged during transit, please notify our customer services on firstname.lastname@example.org . If the goods have been damaged during delivery, you must notify us within 2 working days by phone or email: email@example.com .
- Batteries have a 1-month guarantee only.
- Ink for fax machines is not guaranteed.
For a full refund to be made, all returned items must be in a 'Saleable' condition. For example an item being returned as not required should still be in its original packaging and any sealed containers should still be sealed with all wrappings still intact. Goods being returned as not required should not have been used. For faulty items the original packaging materials should be used to protect the item from any damage during return transit, as any further damage occurring during return transit caused by inadequate packaging will result in a charge being deducted from any refund due, to the value of correcting said damage.
