When will I get my goods
We aim to dispatch your goods within 24 hours of payment.
For UK customers, orders with standard shipping will take between 1 and 5 days to arrive. If you select Expedited shipping at checkout, we will dispatch your order within 1 working day (depending on your order being placed and paid for by 2pm), so you should received your goods within 2 working days.
If you are based in mainland UK we will deliver your order to you using either the Royal Mail or DPD Courier. This is dependant upon the weight and size of your order. If you have any questions regarding delivery then we will be happy to help you, please call us on 0845 1 302 141 (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm) or email us at 'firstname.lastname@example.org'.
If your order is being delivered by DPD then the delivery will require a signature. If you are not in when the driver arrives, they will leave a card with local depot information and your consignment details on. The order will then be returned to your local DPD depot. You then have four working days to contact DPD to either arrange a re-delivery (to the same address) or arrange for collection from your local depot. If you fail to contact DPD within this timescale then your order will automatically be returned to us at Price-Right-Home and a handling charge will be incurred. If this is the case, we can arrange to have your order re-delivered to you but this will incur an additional shipping charge.
Two delivery attempts by DPD are covered by the delivery cost charged on your order. However, if a third (or more) delivery attempt is needed then a re-delivery charge of £5.00 will need to be applied to your account before this can be authorised. However, you have the option of collecting your order from the DPD depot for no additional cost. You will need to contact your local DPD depot to arrange this.
For Non-UK customers, we ship most orders by Airmail and goods should be received within 7 to 15 days of payment clearance. Please note that there are certain items that we sell on Amazon.co.uk that we are unable to ship outside of the UK Mainland - notably bean bags, bikes and other bulky items. If you are based outside of the UK Mainland and purchase a 'UK only' item, we will contact you on the next working day after you have placed your order and issue you with a full refund.
Generally items bought from Price-Right-Home are in-stock and available for immediate delivery. However, on the rare occasions when we are out of stock of an item you will be notified by email and will be given the option to either cancel your order for a full refund, or provided with an appropriate and acceptable delivery timescale.

Returns and Refunds

However, in the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your goods, we are happy to offer a fantastic no-quibble 365-day money back guarantee (excluding the postage charge unless your item is faulty or incorrect). This 365-day period begins from the date of purchase.
All free P&P returned items will be subject to a £3.99 handling charge unless notified within 7 days of reciept of goods.
This offer does not affect your statutory rights and you are still entitled to the standard 7-day cooling off period as outlined in the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations Act 2000.
To return goods within the 365-day period, please email us first (firstname.lastname@example.org) or call us on 0845 1 302 141 before sending any items back. Please ensure you include the order number and contact details on any correspondence with us.
We will contact you by email or telephone to provide you with details of returning goods and a returns number which must be included with your goods when they are returned. Unless the goods are faulty or are incorrect, we are unable to refund your original shipping costs and you are also responsible for returning the goods to us.
All goods must be sent back to us by recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive back with us.
You must also take reasonable care of any goods that are supplied prior to sending them back. Please note that we can only accept the return of opened or unsealed items if the goods are faulty.
If you receive the wrong goods then we will be happy to swap them for you. Goods must be returned to us by recorded delivery before replacements can be sent. Please do not send goods back to us by special delivery.
