Why isn't there an overnight express service to the UK?
Since the shipment originates in Austria, our standard mode of shipping overnight express applies only to shipments within Austria. This mode of shipment to the UK would be unaffordable; these charges would, in part, exceed the costs of the items. Therefore, express shipment to the UK takes approx. 3 business days.
How fast do you ship?
Your orders are shipped daily at 7am on regular business days (Mon-Fri). All orders received by that time are shipped out on that day. Please note that delivery approval from Amazon usually takes around 4 hours.

We normally use our shipping partner, DPD. The goods are fully insured. The insurance is already included in the shipping charges.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT:

We ask that you direct all of your parcel inquiries to DPD. You will find the relevant contact information in the above-mentioned website.
We only ship and deliver on regular business days (Mon-Fri). The delivery can arrive at any time in the course of the day.
Usually, shipments from Austria to Great Britain take 3 to 4 business days.
Parcels delivered by DPD must always be signed for at delivery. In order for the delivery company to be able to get in touch with you in case you are not available to accept a delivery, we have to hand out your phone number. If you have already indicated your phone number, we will print it onto the shipping label on the parcel, as this simplifies delivery.
Shipments can be delivered "alternatively" by DPD. This means that your parcel can be delivered to your neighbours or to businesses and parcel depots in your vicinity, should you not be available to accept the parcel in person. More information can be found at www.dpd.co.uk directly in the track and trace system together with your parcel ID number.
