When will me order be dispatched?

We dispatched orders normally Monday To Friday. Order receive are normally dispatched within 2 working days, orders received on Friday after 12pm will be packed on the weekend and dispatch on Monday.

If you are placing your order from Scottish Highlands, UK offshore Islands, BFPO, EU or from outside the EU, please note that there are Royal Mail size and weight restrictions apply that are beyond our control. If the item you have purchased is larger or heavier than the restrictions allowance from Royal Mail, We will not be able to ship your order using Royal Mail, we will issue a full refund, cancel the order for you and advise you by Phone or email that this has taken place. 

The Royal Mail restrictions apply to items as follows:

Parcels greater in size than 60cm x 45cm x 45cm or heavier than 2Kg cannot be delivered using Royal Mail.

    We're a genuine UK based retail outlet offering quality items at low prices than the high street.

    We are established family run business that is small enough to care and big enough to matter. We have an established retail outlet that continues to grow from strength to strength.  We specialise in Flat Pack furniture, Home Furnishings, Bathroom Accessories, and Kitchen Accessories, Kids Room furniture, Toys & Games and a lots more. We are always adding new lines to our stock.

    All items are checked and sent extremely well packed to avoid any transportation damages.

    Delays in deliveries can occur by the postal/courier services, although we as a seller aim to ensure that a prompt dispatch is made for all orders. Please note delivery times exclude weekends and bank holidays, delivery times will also vary with the delivery destination and during peak season. 

    We are an eco-friendly company, we use reusable packing to do our bit for the environment and do not make a profit on P&P.
