About Swagger & Swoon

If you're looking for something a little different, that's not likely going to be found on the high street, then Swagger & Swoon is your place. We could just say we're an online retailer of fashion accessories for men, but in truth we're far more than that.

Based in Kent, our first online shop was launched in December 2003 with just a handful of ties and a lot of ambition! Nine years later, our huge range now has a strong focus on interesting and fashionable men's accessories, including ties, bow ties, cufflinks, scarves and cravats. New accessories are added monthly and the designs available are constantly updated, with a strong emphasis on hard to find items which are rarely found in high street shops anymore.

With over 3000 items in stock at any one time, Swagger & Swoon has one of the largest collections of clothing accessories in the UK, and many of our products are unlikely to be found anywhere else. Our ties have adorned thousands of grooms, best men and pageboys at weddings all around the world, and if you get a novelty tie for your birthday or Christmas it may just have come from our stock of over 200 fun designs! Our products frequently feature in major magazines and newspapers, and our specialist range of bow ties and cravats is unbeaten in style and value.

Our popular accessories are regularly sent as far afield as the USA and Australia, and have appeared on Eastenders, The Friday Night Project, Big Brother, Dancing on Ice and many other popular TV programmes, as well adorning popstars and celebrities, and even on one occasion a pet dog acting as pageboy at a wedding!

Swagger & Swoon Dispatch Policies

Postage & Packaging

UK Delivery (Standard): Standard Delivery to the UK is only £2.95 per order! Most orders placed before 4pm Monday-Friday are despatched the same day by 1st Class post and usually arrive within 2-3 working days (Mon-Fri) from despatch (subject to Royal Mail). Orders placed on weekends and Bank Holidays are despatched the next working day. BFPO orders should select this option.

Australia & New Zealand (Standard): Standard Delivery to Australia and New Zealand is only £4.95 per order! Most orders placed before 4pm GMT Monday-Friday are despatched the same day and usually arrive within 8-12 working days (Mon-Fri) from despatch (subject to Royal Mail and your local postal service). Orders placed on weekends and Bank/Public Holidays are despatched the next working day.

Delivery Addresses: If you select a different delivery address to the billing address (i.e. the address where your card statements are sent to), the delivery address will need to be verified separately. This may in some cases delay your order and in some cases your order will not be delivered to an address other than the billing address, or may be cancelled if we are unable to contact you at the billing address. If you have ordered a Next Day service, you will not be compensated for any delays caused by using a delivery address that's different to the billing address.

PLEASE NOTE: Most orders fit through a normal letterbox, however if you have ordered more than 3 ties the package will be larger and there should be someone at the delivery address to receive the delivery or a re-delivery may have to be arranged and you will be responsible for any extra charges as a result.

Packaging: Orders are posted in padded mail bags to protect them from damage. Orders of 1 or 2 small items will normally fit through a standard letterbox. Most of our ties are also enclosed in clear plastic/cellophane sleeves, but this is not part of the standard packaging.
