    Wayfair is a large online retailer of household goods. The UK office is in London, but Head Office is in Boston, USA. In addition, we have businesses in Germany and Australia.

    We’ve over 1,000 employees and handle around 100,000 customer orders per month across kitchenware, lighting and furniture. We divide the shops into smaller, focused sites which make the shopping easier. We’ve been named on the “Hot 100 List of online retailers for 2009” by Internet Retailer, featured in The Independent, Homes & Garden, The New York Times and The Washington Post among others.

    Wayfair Dispatch Policies

    We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the progress of the shipment. We have Three methods of shipment available:

    Small Parcel
    Our products are delivered by parcel couriers, such as DHL or UPS. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number when the product is despatched. The package will usually be delivered the next day, but you can track the progress on the web by clicking on the link in your email.

    Larger Parcel
    Larger products, but those that do not need specialist handling will be sent by courier used to handling these larger products. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number when the product is despatched. The package will usually be delivered the next working day, although it will take 3 days for the Highlands & Islands. If you have any queries you can call our customer service.

    Two Man Deliveries
    The majority of furniture will be delivered by this service. This service sends a fully trained and equipped two man delivery team to your residence who then bring the product(s) inside to the room of your choice. When your product is ready, you will be contacted by phone to arrange a delivery by our logistics company. They deliver to 90% of the UK every business day. Two business days prior to the day of delivery, the logistics company are able to text you confirming am or pm. In addition, the crew will phone when they are en route. With the exception of flat pack furniture, the product is unwrapped, any light assembly is done and the packaging is taken away for recycling.

    It is important to ensure there is sufficient access en route and once we arrive at your delivery location. Please consider the following before purchasing: 7 tonne vehicle access to your location, any tight doorways, lifts & narrow stairs – this is particularly true for sofas.

    Returns and Refunds

    Is the item you received not what you expected? Did it not fit as well as you hoped in your space or match your décor? Whatever the reason, you won't be stuck with an item you cannot use or that you do not want. We are proud to offer one of the best return policies in the online business. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price including any outbound shipping and handling costs. You will be responsible for any inbound shipping costs. In addition some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund should you wish to make a return.

    Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order, it will then fall under our standard return policy.

    All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified.
