Item has not arrived


Please contact us via Amazon's messaging system if item has not arrived after 7 working days of placing the order.

It can generally take up to 1 week for an item to arrive, however we require the buyer to wait 15 Working days as per Royal Mail guidelines before we can prepare a claim for lost item/s through our carrier, where you will have the option of a refund or a replacement.
If your items are premium goods and were sent via Special delivery then contact us after 3 working days if item has still not arrived.
 
We only send out items Monday - Friday, usually within 1 working day of placing the order if received before 1PM using mainly Royal Mail.
Item arrived damaged, or has developed a fault

I was not in, what do I do now?
Royal Mail will attempt to deliver parcels only once, BUT you can contact them to re-arrange delivery.
If no-one is in to accept your parcel from the postman, a 'While you were out' Card will be left (please read the Postman leaving 'While you were out Card Note' below!).
Follow the instructions on the card, Your goods have to be collected from your local sorting office within seven days. If for some reason you fail to collect your parcel, it will be returned to us by Royal Mail.

Orders returned to us by Royal Mail, labelled "Not called for" or "Refused" may be refunded within 30 days through your Amazon account, but we will charge a minimum of  to cover our postage and administration costs.

NOTE: Postman leaving 'While you were out Card'
If a 'While you were out' card was not left for you by the Postman, you will have to make a complaint with Royal Mail. It is NOT RazorBlades4u`s responsibility to leave these cards, it is the responsibility wholly of Royal Mail and their staff.

    We stock all leading manufacturers including Wilkinson Sword, Gillette. HeadBlade, King of Shaves, Parker and Goateesaver. All of our products are Brand New and sourced from Authorised Leading Distributors.

    RazorBlades4u Delivery Rates

    Please Note:  Deliveries are only made to the address supplied to us by Amazon, requests to send orders to a different address will not be processed.   If orders are returned to us by the carriage company we may make an additional delivery charge for re-dispatch.  If you have not received your order and have received a dispatch confirmation email,  please allow at least 15 working days (for UK deliveries) or 21 working days (for international deliveries). We will report this missing parcel to Royal Mail who will then send you a P91 form. You must complete this P91 form and return it to Royal Mail within 10 days of receiving the form.

    These are Royal Mail's new procedures which we are forced to adhere with.

    Please Note:  It is the customers responsibility to supply the correct address and if any products are returned  marked as non deliverable or  item not collected there will be a delivery charge for re-dispatch .

    Free Delivery On All UK orders unless another service has been used.
    The vast majority of orders (over 90%) are dispatched either on the same working day if ordered before 1pm or the following working day. A signature may be required on receipt. Our standard delivery option includes packaging, handling and Royal Mail delivery postal costs.

    Cancellations and Returns Policy

     If you wish to cancel your order:
    (a) you can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
    (b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with the clause below.

    You have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days starting from the day after delivery. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you unless agreed by us. You must obtain Returns Authorisation from us before returning any goods. It is not possible to refund cancelled orders that are still in transit and have not yet been delivered.

    If you have ordered an incorrect item or have received an incorrect item you must notify us within 7 working days starting from the day after delivery. You must return the item to us within 7 days. The costs of returning incorrectly ordered goods shall be borne by you unless agreed by us, the cost of sending the order will be deducted from the refund.

    All incorrectly ordered or incorrectly supplied items must be returned to us in original condition, unused and in original packaging with seals intact.

    Non-Delivery

    All of our goods are shipped using Royal Mail Services, delivery times are often out of our control. In some circumstances it can take up to 15 days working days for an order to arrive due to unexpected delays in the postal service. Royal Mail do not class an item as lost in the post until after 15 working days not including Weekends and Bank Holidays therefore all claims for non delivery will not be processed until after this period of time. You must notify us of non-delivery of your order or any short shipments 10 days or more after dispatch of your order but no later than 28 days from the date of order by contacting us .We will then arrange to either send you replacement goods or process a refund against your payment card. We will not be liable for any losses should you contact us after 28 days from the date of order.

    Please Note: We do not accept claims for non received orders after 28 days.
