My order went to the wrong address, how do I get my order?

Can I arrange for my order to be sent to my work address?
Yes, at the time an order is placed a different delivery address can be specified.
My package was lost when I returned it, what should I do?
Please note that for any items returned to us, we do not hold any responsibility for any lost parcels. We recommend that you use a secure and trackable service offered by the Post Office.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds for items returned to us within the 28 days of receipt of your order, will be processed within 30 days of notification of request for a refund.
Any replacement items required against a return will not be sent out until we receive the original goods back. However if you wish to receive any replacement items as a matter of urgency, a further order can be placed as normal.
I purchased personalised items, can I return them?
When a product has been personalised for your purchase we cannot accept any returns against these products. No refunds will be issued.
After receiving my parcel, I opened the parcel briefly and did not notice the damage until taking them fully out of the box later on. I know it is after the 7 working days policy, however, what shall I do now?
Our policy requires that any damaged/missing/faulty items MUST be reported within this time in order to receive a replacement/refund.
I have taken the item out from the box and assembled my product and now I have realised that I measured the item incorrectly?
Our policy states, goods can only be returned if they have not been assembled or used and with the original packaging, this means that any used or assembled items are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
We wish to return an item for a refund, although I have not got the original packaging?
Unfortunately, without having the original packaging included you will not be eligible for a refund
I returned the baubles that I purchased; However, I was made aware that they arrived damaged. Where do I stand?
Customers are liable for returns until they reach us. Unfortunately if the goods are received damaged they cannot be refunded. If the item is slightly damaged upon return, no refund will be processed.
I purchased an item from your website, however, it has developed a fault. I know you have a 28 day policy. What shall I do?
If the item becomes faulty, please check the item guarantee or policy usually on or in the packaging e.g. some lights have a 12 month warranty depending on usage of the particular item and then contact our contact our Customer Service team for further advice.
