Pharmacy Place Delivery Rates
There is a small delivery charge on all orders. Our delivery charge includes packaging, handling and delivery insurance, in addition to postal costs, which we pay to Royal Mail or DPD courier on your behalf.
All orders received before 10:00am will usually be despatched to you within two working days anywhere in the UK (there may be delays to the Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands). Orders for large quantities, special requests or disability aids may take up to 7 working days. Please note that orders placed on weekends and Bank holidays will be dispatched following working day.
Royal Mail and DPD handle all our deliveries. All orders require a signature on delivery. You can also arrange for your order to be delivered to alternative addresses including your office.
Please note that deliveries are made to the delivery address you supply to us. Re-despatch of any returned orders may incur an additional delivery charge.

Heavy Parcels over 2kg in weight to United Kingdom Islands (including Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Isle Of Wight, Shetland Islands, and Northern Ireland).
Our preferred delivery service for heavier parcels (over 2kg) classes the UK Islands as 'International' destinations, for which there is an additional delivery charge based on the weight of the parcel, that will NOT be automatically added by our website. In this situation, we will get in touch with you before dispatching any heavy parcels, to advise you of the cost and to ask if you are prepared to proceed. Contact us at any time for more details.
We are able to supply orders to most countries worldwide. Delivery charges will depend on the weight of your order and the destination and we will confirm the delivery charge at the checkout page, before you confirm payment of your order. All orders are sent by air recorded delivery and a signature will be needed upon receipt of your goods. Returns and Refunds
PharmacyPlace is committed to providing quality products with high standards of customer services. Our belief is that quality is the delivery of excellent services to our customers at competitive prices and delivered on time.
• Inspection of delivery
We very strongly recommend on delivery that you thoroughly inspect the product before signing the delivery acceptance slip. If inspection is not possible before signing for the items, e.g. a delivery by courier, please accept the product and inspect the items as soon as possible after signing for them. In the unlikely event of obvious damage occurring in transit and you have not signed for the items, please refuse the delivery, returning the damaged goods with the driver, making a note of the problem on the delivery slip. In either case please report any damages, faults or errors in the order to us immediately and then confirm the information to us in writing. A new product will be ordered for you. You can email or write to us as per the contact details section.
We cannot refund or exchange any items which are signed for, have not have been reported as damaged within three working days and then subsequently reported as damaged after this period. Such damage, which could be seen on a reasonable initial inspection, for example and not exclusively, dented or scratched exterior panels, will not be accepted. This does not relate to any fault\problem found later that could not be seen easily on a reasonable initial inspection. This does not affect your guarantee or statutory rights.
• Damaged Items
Upon receipt of your delivery, please inspect the packaging for any visible signs of damage. If you feel that your goods have experienced a rough ride during transit and have arrived damaged then please contact our Customer Services Department. Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name, order number and contact details. In order to carry out any investigations, please contact us within two working days of receiving your delivery.
• Missing items
If upon opening your delivery, you find any items missing from your order, please check all packaging; due to the nature of our business some of our products are very small. If you are certain an item is missing then please contact our Customer Services Department via //support.pharmacyplace.co.uk. Please provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name and contact details. In order for us to locate your missing item, please contact us within two working days of receiving your delivery.
• Incorrect items
If we have sent you an incorrect item please do not open this as we need to receive it back in the same condition as it was sent. Please contact our Customer Services Department at: //support.pharmacyplace.co.uk. and provide full details including the nature of the problem, your name, order number and contact details.
• Order no longer required
If you decide within 7 days starting the day after you receive your goods, that you no longer require your order, please contact our Customer Service Department for return authorisation. The item is only eligible for return if it is in the exact condition in which it was delivered. Certain items including medicines, cosmetics cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or sent incorrectly. Please contact our Customer Service Department via //support.pharmacyplace.co.uk and provide full details including the items you wish to return, your name, order number and contact details.
***Please note that we will not refund any packaging cost, delivery charges and Return postage that the buyer would incur whilst returning the unwanted order.
