Faulty or damaged items:
Faulty or damage items may be returned for a replacement within any reasonable time. Please let us know that you are returning a faulty or damaged item as soon as you realise it is faulty or damaged. In some cases it may not be necessary to return the item if you are able to provide an image of damages or we may collect some items.
We will re-imburse all postage costs or collect parcels when you receive an item that is:
