We despatch orders the same working day where orders have been placed and payment received by 14:00 and next working day for orders cleared after 14:00.

Securicare UK Delivery Rates

UK Delivery:
Orders are despatched via Royal Mail First Class Post or trackable signed-for Courier delivery, as relevant to the product(s) purchased.

Orders sent out by 1st Class Royal Mail are charged at the fixed rate of £2.45 for orders to the value of £74.99. Orders over £75 are delivered FREE.

To upgrade to next working day courier delivery please select Expedited Delivery at the checkout. Courier delivery is charged at the fixed rate of £5.95 per order.

(P&P rates apply where delivery is chargeable, products despatched FREE of charge are sent by the appropriate method relevant to the product/order value.)

*Please Note: Courier deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. Any expedited orders that are placed on a Friday, will be dispatched for a Monday delivery providing that the order and payment has reached us by 2pm.  Royal Mail may deliver on a Saturday, however we cannot guarantee any delivery dates, these being outside of our control.

Please Note: We do not ship outside of the Bristish Isles.

Securicare UK Dispatch Policies

We aim to despatch all orders placed before 2 pm the same or next working day* upon receipt of cleared payment.

*Please Note: Deliveries by Courier are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays and that where expedited delivery is selected against orders placed on a Friday, delivery will be made on the Monday (providing that the order reaches us by 2pm on Friday with cleared payment).

We endeavour to be as accurate as possible with delivery timescales, however delivery dates quoted are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses you might incur as a result of a delay in receiving your goods or subsequent delays that may result from delivery problems. Unfortunately we are unable to specify a delivery time, as this is under the control of the postal/courier service.

If your order has been dispatched and the estimated delivery date has passed, for Royal Mail Deliveries: we recommend that you check with your local sorting office to see if they have tried to deliver your order, and with your neighbours to see if they have taken delivery on your behalf. If this is not the case and your order has not been received within 7 working days of payment of your order then please contact us to arrange for a replacement or refund.

If your order has been despatched by Courier and not received within the timescales stated at time of order, then please contact us and we will track delivery status on your behalf.
