- How long will it take for my furniture to arrive? We aim to deliver all furniture within 15 working days from receipt of payment. Typically, most items are delivered within 10 working days or less.
- Why is your standard delivery only a kerbside service? We are a small, family run business and in order to keep our costs down and compete with the larger retail companies and provide you with the best price, we need to keep our delivery costs to a bare minimum. However, we can offer enhanced delivery services at extra cost - Please contact us for details before placing your order.
- Can I have another copy of the assembly instructions? Yes. Please contact us with the product code and we can email you a PDF copy of the assembly instructions.

- How do I care for my product? Cleaning couldn’t be easier with veneer or lacquered furniture. A multi-surface cleaner applied using a soft duster every 14 days or so should keep your product looking crisp and new for years. For our fabric products it is possible to carry out spot cleaning with an appropriate cleaning agent otherwise remove the cover fully and dry clean.
Cabinet hinges may require re-balancing if a door is used regularly, and this can be done by gently turning the hinge adjusters with a screw driver.
Please remember contemporary furniture is unforgiving to heavy physical wear and tear. For example in a busy domestic environment surface scratches and chips will occur over time from the impact of children’s toys and other sharp objects. It is essential practice to use placemats and coasters underneath wet or hot items and of course wooden and leather furniture must be kept away from a direct heat source such as the sun, a radiator or an open fire.

The last day for guaranteed delivery before Christmas is 17th December 2014 - Please contact us to confirm the delivery date if you are purchasing after this date.
The office will be shut from 22nd December 2014 until 4th January 2015 inclusive. Orders placed during this period will be processed, but dispatch will not take place until after 5th January 2015.
- All deliveries made by third party carriers are 'kerbside' - This means that the goods are dropped off at street level and it will be your responsibility to move them from the pavement into the final place of installation. Please ensure that you are home on the designated day of delivery and that you have sufficient help to move the furniture into your house/apartment.
- Please ensure that you have given us a valid daytime telephone number and email address for use by the delivery service.
- For orders for mirrors or containing mirrors, you must ensure that the consignment is checked before the driver departs, and if there is any doubt as to the condition of the contents, please sign as ‘Damaged’.
