    trade-mart Dispatch Policies

    All orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day of cleared payments.

    If there is to be a delay with despatch where physically possible we will advise of this delay.

    All orders are dispatched on working days i.e. Monday to Friday, we do not despatch on weekends.

    Orders despatched via royal mail will usually be delivered within 3-5 working days on a Monday - Saturday. Unfortunately we cannot control the speed of delivery with this service, again working days are classed as Monday to Friday but royal mail do deliver on Saturday.

    Orders via courier ( standard Delivery)

    These are usually despatched using MYHERMES delivery timescale is usually 3-5 working days, delivery days are usually Monday to Friday, again we cannot advise a delivery day with this service but we can advise a tracking number ( If Required ) upon request.

    Orders via courier ( Expedited )

    9 times out of 10 these order will be received the next working day after despatch, amazon advise us a time frame of between 1-4 working days for delivery of expedited orders.
    We attempt to get these orders to you within 1 working day.
    Again this is not always the case, due to extremes of weather or failure by our couriers.
    For this reason we do not guarantee any delivery times for standard ship or expedited orders, it is rare that an order will not get you on the time frame advised, but again we do not guarantee nor do we offer compensation if this fails.

    Again tracking numbers are available upon request.

    We accept that it is our responsibility for the safe arrival of your order but again we cannot guarantee any delivery times where delivery is out of our control, if we fail all we ask is that you message us asap so that we can rectify any issues for you.
