Q: What is our last Christmas shipping date?
A: The last shipping date using standard shipping is 19th December.† However we can still ship goods using courier services.† These cost more - typically £7.50 - £12 for most packets, but more for larger cartons - but do offer a 24 hour shipping service.† This means that last shipping day, using this service, is 22nd Dec.† BUT PLEASE don't leave your order that late!!† Mistakes can happen and we would not like you to be disappointed.

Q: What are your Christmas opening hours?
A: We are closed from 1pm 24th Dec 2013 through to 2nd Jan 2014, when we will re-open at 10am in the morning.† All orders received in that period will be shipped out on the 2nd Jan or the latest 3rd Jan, presuming stock is available at the warehouse.

Q: Returns
A:
We will take back genuine faulty returns and will in some cases collect the faulty item from you, depending on the time frame of the notification of the faulty item and in accordance with Amazon's policies.† You do NOT always need to send it back yourself.† Please call us on 01252 758550 to make arrangements for returns or email us for instructions where a faulty item qualifies.

We will take back non faulty returns within a reasonable time frame, as defined in the distance trading laws, normally 7-14 days.† In these cases you should make your own arrangements to send the item to back to us after completing our returns form here:-

Return shipping on none faulty items is at the customers cost and any returned item should be packed well and be completely undamaged when it gets back to us.

    FLS have been resellers of various gift and leisure products since 1981.† We are also specialists in the supply of essential aid products, talking watches and clocks, various other time pieces from brand name makers.† We are stockists of Lifemax, Acctim, Seiko, Tidy Tent, Morphy Richards, Igenix, Genie Software, Widdop Bingham Clocks and many other makers.† We pride ourselves in our service and many years of honourable trading.

    Returns information and how to return items to us/methods:-

    PLEASE NOTE it is your responsibility to ensure that the item is suitably packaged and returned to us so that it arrives in good condition. You are responsible for the item until it is received by us.† In the case of unwanted items it is your duty to ensure that the item is received back by us in a saleable condition without packaging or product damaged.†

    All agreed returns should be sent back to us using a reasonable postage method.† 2nd class post with recorded delivery is sufficient, up to a total postage value of £2.75.† We will NOT compensate, where it has been agreed, for returns sent back by special delivery as it is unnecessary to send packets back this way.† The post office will compensate you for any lost returns up to £35 as long as you have a proof of postage.† If in doubt please ask your local post office for help.

    For larger packets† (1Kg - 2KG) and any item costing over £2.75 to ship, we require items to be shipped back to us via www.myhermes.co.uk as this is secure and the item is tracked.† We will arrange collection in some cases (if an item is genuinely faulty).† Please call us on 01252 758550 to make arrangements.† For larger packets please contact us and we will suggest the best method.     We try to maintain the highest shipping quality that we can and are always reviewing our shipping partners so that we can give our customers the best service.† Normally, for our standard shipping, we use Royal Mail or www.myhermes.co.uk and for expedited shipping we use ParcelForce on an overnight service.

    Certain parts of the UK do take longer to ship to, like the islands and the highlands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands.† We can also ship to Europe but please bear in mind that this takes longer too, up to 8-20 days in some countries.
