Frequently Asked Questions

My parcel has not arrived ?

Normally your parcel will arrive within 3-5 working days,excluding Bank holidays, public holidays and weekends.

If you have chosen EXPEDITED then it should arrive within 1-2 working days.

If your parcel has not arrived within the time scale, there are some reasons,

1. your parcel has been lost

2. We have insufficient address details, so your parcel has went back to the depot.

3. NOT all postman leave cards, so please contact your local depot.

4. You were not in and the postman has taken the parcel back to the local depot., it will come back out within 5 working days, unless they have left a card and you can contact then directly.

5. If you still don't get the parcel then we have to allow 15 working days which is a standard policy by royal mail which we have to follow only after the 15 working days we will then be able to send you a replacement or give you a refund.

Can you change my Delivery Address?

All customers please note when placing an order to be 200% sure of your Delivery Address with Name, House Number, Correct Postcode & details on Amazon. The account is updated before confirming your order as once the submit button is pressed we cannot be held responsible for any changes that are needed as we would of already processed your order and therefore will not be able to change details or address. So please make sure your details are correct before processing your order.

The item is not what i wanted?

If your item is not what you thought it would be or the item is no use to you, we will happily refund you as long as you return the item within 7 days of  purchase, the cost of postage and restocking fee will be your liability.

My Item is Damaged or Faulty what do i do?

If an item is faulty or damaged this must be reported with 24 hours after delivery has been received, if the customer fails to do this then they will be liable for the postage return of the item. We will honor a replacement as soon as we get the item back from yourselves and once the item is pronounced faulty we will post a replacement or a full refund will be given (excluding returns P&P). If the item is not faulty then the buyer will have the option to have the item returned back to them at extra cost or a refund of 40% of the item cost value.

I have received the wrong item or Part of my Order?

We try our up most not to do this but if you have received the wrong item please contact us within 48 hours from date of delivery and if no contact within the given time then we will not liable for an exchange.

We require images of the wrong item or if you have have received part of your order so we can look into this matter for you. Your rights under consumer legislation is not affected.

I would like to cancel the order I made?

If you have purchased an item then you decide to cancel the item, please call us,as it can take three days for it to show in our system that you have bought the item.We require 24 hours notice for cancellations.

And if you have canceled an the item that has already been dispatched the customer will be liable for sending the item back and for all postage charges for the item being sent out.

I want to contact Customer Service about my order and have had no reply?

We try our best to answer emails as quickly as possible so we would like to ask customers to be patient, our customer service dept is open Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 4:00pm, all email correspondence and calls are dealt during this time.


If you get a refund instated ,we will refund you immediately but please note it can take up 10 working days to back into your account, as for the credit banking system.

    Norther Ireland/Highlands/BFPO/Channel Islands and Outer Hebrides

    For deliveries to these places there is delivery surcharge for items to be sent to these places and this is automatically charged through Amazon, and if not then we will send you an email request to make extra payment for the item to be shipped out to you, this also includes BT postcodes. Please note we can not refund you on the postage once the order has been processed.

    However if the Item you purchased is more than 2 KG and can not be sent using standard Royal Mail packet Post we have to Cancel your order due to the fact that sending to certain destinations with the UK will incur additional charges by the Courier. 
    These include the locations that are not in the UK mainland.

    What happens if I Refuse Delivery

    If you refuse delivery or, the address was insufficient, or even no-one was in, then we will charge a 25% value fee of the item to get restock and shipping charge to pick up the item.

    Expedited shipments will lose the expedited shipment charge and the return of cost of delivery see table below.
