All goods are shipped Monday to Friday excluding Public Holiday's. If you receive notification on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday that your item has been dispatched it is because we are being busy bee's and working hard to package your item ready for collecion by the carrier as soon as they start after the weekend/holiday.
The majority of our goods are sent via Royal Mail. If you have not received your item it is probably because the Royal Mail were unable to deliver it when they called. If you received a "Sorry you were out" card from our carrier you can arrange a re-delivery online or via telephone. Items returned to us as "uncollected" will be refunded minus the carriage charges incurred.
Expedited orders sent via Yodel will have outward and return costs deducted if the item is returned due to the recipient not being in when Yodel try to deliver. Yodel will try to deliver on 3 different days and will leave cards everytime.
Items returned to us after 7 day cooling off period will have delivery costs deducted from any refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any goods returned, are packaged in such a way that they arrive safely and in good condition. Items damaged in transit whilst on the way back to us due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded. Any items returned without the correct amount of postage paid will be refunded minus the total postage costs incurred. All items being returned should be returned complete with original manufacturers packaging / labels, even if it has been opened. We are unable to issue refunds for items returned without manufacturers packaging.
We recommend that small / lightweight items are returned using the Royal Mail (2nd class) and that you obtain a receipt from the post office as proof of posting. For large items we recommend that you use MyHermes.co.uk parcel service, paying extra for the signed for service is not necessary as they get a signature anyway. They offer a doorstep collection service from £3.50 + VAT*

Whilst we try to maintain a good stock level of all products we offer for sale, on occasions stock levels may run low and some items do occasionally become out of stock. If the item that you have ordered is out of stock we reserve the right to supply an alternative product which is of equal or greater value. This usually means you will get an identical product but the brand on the packaging may vary.
All sizes & dimensions have a tolerance of +/-5% and if size is ultra important to you, please contact us before buying.
