My parcel has not arrived.
UK Customers
All parcels are sent using despatchbay.com and we can track your parcel all the way. This also gives customers the option to do the same if tracking info has been sent via email to track there own parcel.This saves a lot of time and unnecessary emails asking about your parcel. All parcels are now dispatched and are tracked via a barcode in the UK.This will ensure safe delivery of your parcel and avoid losses.
Please allow three working days from dispatch day for your parcel to be received.
Should you  choose the next option on a dispatch day for us we will send using parcel force 24 and again is tracked via a barcode to delivery address.Should you request next day delivery on a non dispatch day Tuesday & Thursday we will use Special delivery.

We cannot be held responsible should you not be in when they try to attempt delivery of your item and you miss your parcel. If you have a safe option please state this in an email to us so we can let the courier company know or please ask that a neighbour can take your parcel in if you know you will be out at time of delivery.
Should your parcel be returned back to us undelivered and uncollected , you will be required to pay the return costs of the parcel coming back to us and also you will have to pay the cost of re-sending the item back to you.
Please use all tracking options made available to you to avoid returns, you can track your parcel from when it leaves us to the day of delivery.Please contact us via email should you have any problems regarding your tracking or parcel.
Leaving a negative feedback when no contact has been made is the only time we find out there is a problem, please do not use the feedback for stating parcel not received, email us and we can track your item and resolve any issues you may have.
Leaving a negative feedback should be a last resort should we fail you 
Feedback is based on service and communication.
Reviews are left regarding the product itself so please avoid the feedback system for reviews on a product.
We do our best to answer all emails within 24 hours week days, please allow  a little longer over the weekend period.
Please email me after this time scale so i can look into the matter should your parcel not arrive.
International customers
My parcel has not arrived.
International customers depending on your country and state  items can take up to 15 days for a parcel to arrive.
Please make contact after this time scale thankyou.
All parcels are sent secure with adequate wrapping.
I also use recycled wrapping aswell.
If an item is out of stock you will be notified immediately to be offered either a subsitute item or a refund .
If an item arrives damaged please ensure it is reported immediately so the matter can be dealt with prompt.
If you require a gift item to arrive in time for a birthday please be sure to clearly state that when ordering and if needed a different postage option may be needed to ensure guranteed delivery on a pacific day.
All taxes and import duties are the buyers responsibilty and you must ensure you check what duties you may have to pay before purchase.
International customers please note Aerosols are a restricted item and can not be shipped outside of the UK

    Lowcostbeauty  is a small family run business specializing in alternative health and beauty products and low prices branded cosmetics aswell.

    Please note we always provide 100% customer service if not happy for any reason please tell us and we will ensure to resolve your problem.

    Feedback is very important for customers to see on how well a company is run and how good there products are and not on customer saying parcel was late, please consider your feedback before it is left as some customers are not happy and state it in feedback , a simple email can rectify a problem to ensure customer is happy, should we fail that then you have every right to your opinion left in your feedback , but give us the chance to put any problem right first.

    Also feedback is not for a product that is not any good for you as one product works well on some and not on others, we are all different so that is what reviews are for and each customer can leave a review on how well a product has worked for them instead of leaving a negative feedback.

    Lowcostbeauty Delivery Rates

    International customers all parcels are sent basic airmail with proof of posting 
    International customers please note delivery can take anything up to 15 days depending on your country.
    Most European countries can take 7 days with basic airmail.
    We use basic airmail on cheaper items and international signed for and Airsure for expensive items.
    International customers we use Internationl signed for and Airsure on items costing more than 30 pounds dependant on weight

    Lowcostbeauty Dispatch Policies

    Next Day Delivery is an option and we use Parcelforce 24 for most UK parcels

    We now use Despatchbay.com which we feel is a better option for customers allowing tracking all the way for all UK parcels. Despatch delivery times are 2-3 days and will always be received within your delivery timescale.
    Should you require a next day delivery then we will use special delivery if item is purchased on a non dispatch day which is Tuesday and Thursday for us when the next day option has been chosen.  
    We dispatch Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We do not dispatch Weekends.
    Should you require a Saturday delivery that option is available at an extra cost so if you need an urgent gift to be delivered on Saturday please ask and i will ensure it is received for Saturday.Please note Saturday delivery is an additional cost  and you will need to ask first.

    Gift Messages

    All gift messages are free and will be included on your packing slip unless otherwise stated

    Gift Wrapping

    Gift wrapping is done in gift paper , either female or male on request.

    We also include a gift card on each gift wrapping with the gift message.
    Should an item be too awkward to wrap it will  be boxed first then outer wrapped or  put into a gift bag.

    I answer all emails daily from monday to friday.9am-9pm
    Please note should you email me weekends, i will do my best to answer if not we will  respond on monday as weekends we are closed.
    I only deal with email queries and not problems via telephone due to the fact of constant spam phone calls.
    I deal with most enquiries daily via email only and should you not hear from me that day , it will be the next working day.

    Negative feedback should only be used if I refuse to help you will your issue should you have one and not if a parcel is late due to delivery company.

    Stocking some of your favourite brands of cosmetics and perfumes, delivered direct to your door taking the hassle out of high street shopping. We also offer a gift wrapping service and next day delivery options are also available.
    Sometimes we sell damaged stock, whereby the boxes have slight damage only through transit  but the product is perfect so if wanting an item for yourself and not a gift always check first as prices are lower if the box is scuffed or damaged saving you money.
    New stock comes in weekly so always check back if you can.
