About Us
Based in the UK, The Sports HQ is the European division for Confidence Sporting Goods, inc., the famous Manufacturer from Palm Springs, California. Who have been making quality Sporting Goods for 35 Years.
Condfidence Sports also own and manufacture famous club brands such as Texan Classics which The Sports HQ distributes exclusively in Europe.
We buy our products from all over the world in huge quantities and by selling direct to the end user we are able to pass the massive savings on. You cut out the often high profit margins of the importers, wholesalers and retailers when buying direct.
You can expect to save upto 70% on normal retail prices when buying from us.
All of our prices include VAT. There are no additional taxes or duties to pay when shipped anywhere within the EEC.
We have a thriving mail order and e-commerce business based on the principles of the very lowest pricing and the very highest level of service.
We believe our prices are the lowest in Europe and matched with high quality, high performance golf products.

Returns and Refunds

Cancellation Policy
An order may be cancelled without reason 90 minutes after placing the order via your seller account on Amazon. There may be a fee involved in cancellations older than 90 minutes. Payment for the goods will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods. The Customer will be responsible for all postage costs.
Refund Policy
Merchandise purchased at The Sports HQ may be returned to our warehouse within 7 days from the date of purchase provided that they are returned brand new and in the original packaging.
The customer will be responsible for the postage costs except for faulty items.
We will endeavour to sort out a problem within 5 days of receiving the complaint. Please report non-delivery after 7 days of placing the order. IT MUST BE before 21 days if delivery/non delivery is within the UK. If an item needs replacing please phone or email, within 14 days of receiving the goods, so we can make arrangements.
If the goods are faulty, damaged or different from those ordered, please contact us within 7 days of you receiving the order. We will replace the goods free of charge including postage, or give a full refund (if preferred) - within 30 days. It is important that you return the goods new and unused in the original packaging for you to receive a replacement or refund.
Please note all customised items, including custom fit golf clubs, personalised golf balls, embroidered orders etc, cannot be returned.
