Q: My purchase is more than 30 days old, Can I return it ?

A: Faulty items within 14 days of purchase will be replaced if in stock or refunded if out of stock. Outside the 14 days, faulty items need to be directed to the manufacturer to exercise your warranty.

We will not be held responsible for any damage caused to your existing equipment through the use of goods supplied by us. Use of goods purchased from us is at your own risk.

We will not be held responsible for your inability to operate the goods purchased.

Q: I  no longer need/want my purchase,Can I return it?

A: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, please note that this does not include any postage costs incurred for the transaction

It is your responsibility to return the goods in a safe and secure manner and at your cost.


Q: I have purchased a toy, Can I return this if it goes faulty.

A: Unfortunately, we don't offer replacement/refund on toys, unless it is delivered faulty from our side. In such case the customer needs to contact us within 14 days of purchase and the item must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. However most of the toys come with a manufacturer warranty and the customers can still contact the manufacturer if they offer replacement/repair of the product, but we don't take responsibility for toys warranty. Different manufacturers have different warranty criteria. Please visit the manufacturer website for warranty information.

Q: What happens, if any item is returned by stating false reason of return?

A: If the  item does not have stated fault or it is damaged at the customer's end , We reserve the rights to deny the product and  will not take any responsibility of such returned goods.

Q: What is the shipping policy ?

All items are dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of cleared payment .

Most of the items are delivered within 3-5 working days.

Q:Which couriers do you use for your deliveries?

A: We use a variety of couriers, Parcel Force and Royal mail deliver the majority of our orders.


Q:I saw a price on your store last week, and now it has changed.

A: We constantly change prices as we source products from many suppliers. We reserve the right to amend any price at any time.

Q:The item delivered wasn’t as described.

A:Contact us quoting the Order Reference Number and we will arrange to get the wrong item returned and the correct item sent out straight away or to have it returned and refund your credit card.

Q:Can you send me a VAT invoice for my order?
