Yes VAT is included and a VAT invoice is supplied. (Please note other non VAT registered sellers may not supply a VAT invoice).

Q:Which couriers do you use for your deliveries?
We use a variety of couriers, Parcel Force and DPD deliver the majority of our orders.

Q. If I am not around to receive my order. Can it be left behind the fence, in the porch, in the shed etc?
No. All deliveries will require a signature and therefore they cannot be ďleftĒ somewhere - for your protection just as much as ours. If you have a neighbour who can sign for the parcel, please use their Name and Address as the shipping address details instead of your own. Please do not use the comment box to specify your delivery requirements Ė the carrier will not honour them.

Q:How long does it take for my order to arrive?
It usually takes 3-5 working days to reach most areas of mainland UK. The more remote parts and islands may take a little longer.
Q:How do I check the current status of my order?
You may check the status of your order by logging in your account and go to the delivery section. Details on delivery can be found there. Should you have any further inquiries or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer service team.
Q:Do you offer a same day/next day service?
Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline TrustedTech ships standard delivery items within two working days of receiving order. Order placed with expedited delivery will arrive within 1-2 working days. We do not offer a guaranteed next day or same day service

Q:I have waited a week, but my order still hasnít arrived.
Contact us to enquire about your order and quote the Order Reference Number. We will usually ship out within a day. Usually, when the item fails to show up within 15 working days, we consider it to be lost in transit. In this case, we will report to our courier for investigation.

Q:I canít see the item I want on your Amazon Store.
If you canít find a specific item, it means it is an item we do not stock, currently out of stock, or it is an item that has been discontinued. It may be available one week and vanish the next week as we constantly add or remove items according to their availability. Try searching using one or two words to describe the original item.

Q:I saw a price on your store last week, and now it has changed.
We constantly change prices as we source products from many suppliers. We reserve the right to amend any price at any time.
Q:Can you send my items to another delivery address other than the one in my account?†
Sure. When you place the order, please make sure you change the address before you make the payment. If not, please contact us immediately and provide us your alternative address.
Q:I have come home and found a card detailing a missed delivery.
The carrier will require a signature for the delivery. You will need to follow the instructions on the card to rearrange a delivery at a time suitable when they can deliver the parcel and obtain a signature from you. Depending on the delivery depot in question, you might be able to request them deliver to an alternate address, although that is down to the local depot.

Q:Can I cancel my order?
Usually. If you notify us quickly enough, that is within a couple of hours of placing the order; we can stop the order and the card payment. However, if you place your order towards the end of the day, you will have very little time to cancel before the order gets processed. If we have already begun to process the order, we will try to cancel it, but if the item has already been shipped out, you will have no choice but to accept the order Ė in that case, see the question I donít like the item, I want to return it below, where you can seek to return the item for credit.

Q:Can I change my order?
Sometimes. It depends on whether the order has been processed or not. If it is already been processed then no, it cannot be changed - Instead we can arrange to cancel the item whilst you order the required item as the replacement. Itís easier to do it this way than attempt to change part numbers on an order.
Q:Will I receive a discount for larger orders?

Q:The item delivered wasnít what I ordered.

Contact us and we can check for you usually within a few hours, but some items can be in stock one minute and then exhausted the next.

Q:Is an invoice enclosed with my order?
You may request an invoice by contacting our customer service team. Please allow 48 hours for the invoice to be sent by email or post.

Q:Can you send me a VAT invoice for my order?
Yes, contact us with the Order Reference number and we will email a VAT invoice. If you require a paper copy we can print one and post it to you although you can of course print out the email attachment sent to you. Please allow 48 hours for the invoice to be sent by email / post.

    Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline TrustedTech ships all items within two days of receiving order.

    Target, TNT and City Link make most of our deliveries between 8am and 5.30pm. We cannot specify a delivery time.

    We deliver to mainland UK and Northern Ireland. We can also deliver to Isle of Wight, Isle of Man & the Isle of Skye, but delivery can take up to a week. This is also the case in some areas of Scotland. We are unable to deliver overseas, to the Channel Islands, Southern Ireland or BFPO addresses. We do not ship outside the UK.

    The courier will attempt 2 deliveries on consecutive working days .We cannot authorise any further delivery attempts. If you are not available to accept the delivery you may collect it from the local depot for upto 5 days, following which it will be returned to us. If goods are not collected the delivery charge will not be refunded.

    Returns and Refunds

    We've put together some guidelines to help explain our returns policies and procedures. But it's worth noting that wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances.

    Faulty product

    • It's an unfortunate fact of life that no matter how good a manufacturer is they'll occasionally produce a faulty product. If your product has a fault when you get it or it develops a fault within the first 7 working days after delivery it will be replaced or refunded including delivery. There are no collection or re-delivery charges to pay.

    • After 7 working days faulty products are processed as per the manufacturers warranty policy and procedure. This doesn't mean you're on your own, we'll be here to smooth the way. How to return a faulty product

    Unwanted product
    • If you're a consumer customer you can return your product within 7 working days after you receive it. You'll receive a refund providing your product has not been used or installed.

    • If you're a business customer or have had your product longer than 7 working days we do not usually accept a return. We'll try to help out when we can but some products have a limited resale potential so we don't always offer a refund. We may not offer to refund the full purchase price, but if we do reduce the refunded amount we will only ever take a maximum of 30% off the refund. All refunds of this nature will be subject to a £10 fee.

    • In all instances your product needs to be complete and in 'as new' condition e.g. if you have opened the box to examine the product you need to have done so without damaging or marking the product or packaging. It must not have been used or installed. It should be returned with the original box, packing and accessories you received with it.

    • Pre-recorded videotapes, DVDs, CDs, minidisc, memory cards and software need to be still sealed. Any 'free gifts' received with the product also need to be returned.

    • It doesn't happen very often, but sometimes when a product is unpacked it's clearly damaged or has something missing. If you complete a returns form within 3 working days of receiving your product a quick replacement can usually be arranged.
