Can you change my Delivery Address please?
Please email us via Amazon messaging system but we cannot guarantee you for changing address because by the time your email reach us we would of already processed your order and therefore will not be able to change details or address and we cannot be held responsible. And we clearly mentioned this in our policy as well as below.

All customers please note when placing an order to be 100% sure of your Delivery Address with Name, House Number, Correct Postcode & details on Amazon Account is updated before confirming your order as once the submit button is pressed we cannot be held responsible for any changes that are needed as we would of already processed your order and therefore will not be able to change details or address.

I want to know cost to send this item to my Country (International Orders)?
As for international customers wanting to know postage costs please click on the “see all details” button on the top of the item description page and there is field called Postage and will then be able to select their destination from a drop down menu and will be given costs for postage.

When can I expect delivery of my item?
All items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of your payment clearing (exc. Weekends & Bank Holidays). Please check the listing for specifics. UK customers in most instances you can expect delivery in 1-3 working days, but Royal Mail do not guarantee this. Non-UK customers can expect delivery in 2-10 working days, but still, Royal Mail do not guaranteed this.

    Any customers located outside the EU-Europe who wish to purchase our goods can be assured we will send the right documentation for customs making sure there will be no duty to pay.

    Important: It is often the case that many items that seem to be undelivered are in fact at your local Royal Mail collection office or with neighbours waiting to be collected. Calling cards are not always left by Royal Mail. We therefore ask you to contact them before contacting us.

    And ordering form us means you are agree with us to leave your parcel with neighbours if no one available at the delivery address at the time of delivery man come.

    If your item does not arrive and you have checked with your neighbours and local collection office please be aware you need to wait a full 15 working days after post date before we can assume your item is actually lost.     Lost Parcel: We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 15 days from date of dispatch. Please contact our customer service team via eBay if your item is lost after the 15 day period. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.

    Undelivered Parcel: If your parcel comes back to us due to any reason like addressee has gone away, no answer, address incomplete, address inaccessible, address unknown, refused, not called for or recipients (no one) available to sign the parcel to the delivery address, then the buyer is responsible for, the process of resending the parcel to the buyer again.

    Please do not sign for and accept the parcel if you find the seal is opened or the packaging is damaged. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged items after they have been accepted.
