My DVD's do not play.
Please first check all the DVD's in the pack. If you have any problems with a DVD, we will swap the DVD's for you. Just use the CONTACT SELLER link and one of our UK team will help you. Please note that Amazon Customer Service are unable to assist with faulty DVD's and can only replace an entire product. Beachbody are able to assist with replacing individual components. 

Where is my stuff?
Beachbody have delivered stock to Amazon already and it will be picked, packed and sent by their in-house warehouse team and will be shipped using a courier contracted to Amazon. Your order will arrive in Amazon packaging and will be exactly like any other order you purchase direct from Amazon.co.uk.

What are your delivery times?
As all our stock for Amazon is at the Amazon warehouse already, Amazon will inform you of the estimated arrival time of your purchase at the time of order and will update you with details of the status of your order as it progresses through the system.

    Often a problem with an order is very easily resolved but we have to know about it first or we cannot help.

Often we will respond sooner and we try to check our emails on weekends too.  Please do not take your frustration with an Amazon service (packaging, courier, refunds etc) out on Beachbody! If you have any issues with Amazon in relation to an order for a beachbody product which were not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will aim to escalate your complaint for you. We cannot promise that will help but we always do our best!

    Replacement DVD's and parts
    Occasionally, DVD's will not play or parts are missing. This is a rare occurrence but we accept that it may happen and this is where Beachbody can help you faster than Amazon Customer Service. If you wish to have a DVD replaced, please contact Beachbody using the CONTACT BEACHBODY CUSTOMER SERVICES link at the top of this page or go to your Amazon account previous orders and use the menu to contact Beachbody by clicking on your Beachbody order that you have a problem with. Please give us as much detail as possible including your order number and what the problem is. We will contact you within a business day and most of the time we can reply within a few hours and will monitor emails over the weekend too.
    Replacement DVD's or parts can usually be shipped by Royal mail and will reach you in a day. We may ask for the bad DVD or part to be returned and will provide a return envelope for this.

    If you do not wish to have a part replaced but would rather return an entire product, then please follow the returns process specified above and contact Amazon Customer service directly.

    Please note that all Beachbody DVD's are authored in Region 0 (region free) and will play on all DVD players that allow region 0 discs. It is very rare to find a DVD player that will not play a region 0 DVD, if you have a fault with a single DVD, please do not assume that it is all the discs, please check the other DVD's first and we will then work with you to swap any faulty DVD's straight away.
