Q: I have purchased a printer, Can I return it?
A: The printer can only be returned to us in As sold condition, where it has not been setup and the cartridges are not opened at all. If the cartridges are opened, then you are not able to return it.
Q: I have purchased a blackberry mobile phone, Can I return it?
A: Blackberry does not offer manufacturer warranty for the mobile phones in the UK. So you are unable to return it. In case of any fault, you will have to repair it at your own cost.
Q: My purchase is more than 14 days old, Can I return it.
A: We can only refund or replace the item, if we are informed about the fault within 14 days. If we are not informed within 14 days, then you will not be able to return the item.
Q: I have purchased a toy, Can I return this if it goes faulty.
A: Unfortunately, we don't offer replacement/refund on toys, unless it is delivered faulty from our side. In such case the customer needs to contact us within 14 days of purchase and the item must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. However most of the toys come with manufacturer warranty and the customers can still contact manufacturer if they offer replacement/repair of the product, but we don't take responsibility of toys warranty. Different manufacturers have different warranty criteria. Please visit the manufacturer website for warranty information.
Q: What happens, if any item is returned by stating false reason of return?
A: We don't send such items back and destroy those goods. We only refund/replace the item, if we are informed about genuine faults of the item. Otherwise if item does not have stated fault or it is damaged at the customer's end we reserve the rights to deny the product and we will not take any responsibility of such returned goods.

All items, are shipped via Royal Mail delivery signed for services for next day delivery. In case if any item is delayed or lost, Royal mail tracking reference number will be provided to the customers.

All international items are shipped via Royal mail international signed for delivery method or Royal mail airsure service depending on the country.

No item will be classified as lost until 15 working days are passed from the date of dispatch. No new item will be sent within 15 working days of the date of dispatch.

Failed delivery attempts are usualy carded by postpersons, and can be tracked on the royal mail website. You must contact the local royal mail delivery depot in case of any delay.
