Q. What warranties are supplied with your computers?

Q. How long does delivery take?
A. If you are buying your PC from mainland UK then we aim to have your PC arrive at your door within 4 days from the purchase date. For more information please see our shipping information pages.
Q. How much is delivery and how is the computer packaged?
Delivery and packaging to most UK postcodes on a standard 24 hour express Monday - Friday service is currently FREE of CHARGE! Delivery to Highlands, Islands, including Jersey & Guernsey will attract additional fees, which can be seen when you look on our shipping rates guide page.
Your computer will arrive in a discrete, unmarked, fitted box containing shock absorbing cushion foam end caps. Our packaging has been specially designed to our specifications for transporting computers and notebooks safely to prevent damage in transit.
Q. Will I void my warranty if I open the case and install my own components?
Unfortunately we can only guarantee the reliability of the machine the way we set up the components therefore if you change the components and something goes wrong your warranty will no longer be valid but we will be happy to offer you technical advice or even take a look and see if we can repair the issue if you cover the return and re-delivery costs.
Q. I am considering buying some software from you. Is your software legitimate?
We only sell fully genuine software. When you purchase some software from us, you will get the product license, the CD/DVD and the documents that come with the software. When you purchase Microsoft® Windows from us, it will come fully installed and ready to go with all the necessary drivers installed and fully configured.
Q. Your computers are very well priced. Will they perform equally as well?
Due to our online nature we are able to streamline our production costs and cut out overheads such as an expensive shop-front. Because of this our computers may be hundreds of pounds cheaper than the high street and big brand equivalents (which will have the exact same, top brand core components as our PCs). If you carry out benchmark tests you will find that despite the lower cost the performance will be equal or higher to an equivalent specification purchased from the high street.
Q. I have chosen a computer, but it is above my budget. Can you offer me a better price?
Our prices are already hundreds of pounds cheaper than the high street RRP and we are confident they will beat anything equivalent you can find so no extra discounts can be given. However, should you find the same spec PC for less elsewhere, give us a call and we will see if we can price match for you.
Q. Where are you located?
We are located at SK5 7BW, Stockport, Cheshire, just outside Manchester. You are welcome to collect orders from our premises, but we do not encourage customer visits to our premises because they are not set up for this purpose.

We only buy our components from leading manufacturers such as Intel, AMD, ASUS, Western Digital, Palit, PowerColor, etc.
Q. Can I have a VAT receipt as the computer is going to be purchased by a company?
All our computers come with a full VAT receipt which will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.
Q. Will you sell me the components only?
Unfortunately at present we only provide fully assembled and tested computers.
