How quickly will I get my order?
Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. 

Small items such as gloves, pest repellers, candles etc. will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post.

Medium/large items such as chimeneas, most water features, birdbaths etc. will be sent via courier on a Next Day delivery.

Please note:  Some large/heavy items such as Polystone planters, Monolith water features, awnings etc. can take up to 3-5 days for delivery.

What kind of Guarantee will I get?
We offer a 2 year warranty on all of our products. 

What's the returns policy?
If you don't like it - just let us know within 7 days of receiving it and send it straight back to us.

Where's my order?
In the unlikely event that this time has been exceeded, please check with your neighbours in case it's been delivered there. If not, give us a call on 0118 903 5210 or email giving us your name and delivery postcode and we'll get straight back to you.

When are you open?
Normal office hours, plus we're quite often available in the evenings and weekends - don't hesitate to call and if we're not there leave a message and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I visit?
We don't have a showroom, but if you wish to see a particular product before you purchase it, you can visit our warehouse 9-5pm Mon - Fri by appointment (please call for the address). Please call well in advance so that we can confirm that we have stock of the product you are interested in.

    Primrose Dispatch Policies


    Your order will be sent by a courier company such as DPD/Royal Mail. If you are not in when they try to deliver, they will either leave your goods in a safe place, or usually leave a card letting you know there has been an unsuccessful delivery attempt and giving you a number to call to rearrange delivery or an address from which you can collect the parcel. If there is a safe place where the items can be left (eg 'round the back' or 'in the garage') , please let us know at the time of ordering.

     Where do you deliver to?

    We can usually deliver to all areas of mainland UK.

    Can you deliver to a BFPO (British Forces Post Office) address?
    Only products that are sent by First Class Post can be delivered by Royal Mail to a BFPO address.
    Any other products cannot be sent to BFPO addresses but we can deliver them to any alternative mainland UK address for you. If in doubt, please contact us before purchase and we will advise you whether it can be delivered to a BFPO address or not.

    Expedited Delivery
    Expedited Delivery is available on some of our items, so that you receive them sooner than you would through our standard shipping service.

    Expedited delivery applies only to Mainland UK addresses and is not available for portions of Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, Isles (including Shetlands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands), Cornwall, Northumberland, PO Boxes and BFPO addresses.
