This means those products qualify for Amazon's fabulous range of shipping options, including SAME DAY DELIVERY, AMAZON PRIME and FREE DELIVERY.Items that I despatch: The TOTAL price you pay for your purchase, regardless of what Amazon state as a standard postal charge, always includes a SIGNED FOR and INSURED Delivery Service with a unique TRACKING number. We then carefully shrinkwrap / polybag / oversealed to ensure quality and to ensure that the item you receive is in the exact condition I listed it as, and despatched it as."NEW"PRODUCTS: ALL my Gaming / DVD / CD products are Authentic, Genuine Official British Retail Products, designed for use on British consoles and players, exactly as you might have originally purchased on the UK High Street (...were the shops still there!). They are UK products, English Language packaged, with English Language booklets, all Officially UK PEGI/BBFC Rated. My games are all official UK PAL system products, designed to work on UK consoles. I DON'T sell "Foreign Imports" or "Grey Import" products so buy with complete confidence you will receive British Retail products, exactly as described and exactly as expected."USED" PRODUCTS: I am - extremely - particular and pedantic with the quality of my "Used" products. Being an online shopper, I don't sell anything I would not want to receive myself ! The vast majority are of impeccable quality. EVERYTHING I sell is inspected to ensure quality and condition before being offered for sale, then carefully sealed to preserve the listed and described quality. I don't sell anything in a condition I would not buy for myself.USED "LIKE NEW": I have some pristine stock from a major UK gaming retailer that closed stores. Some are ex display boxes, or products that have had the cellophane removed. I generally list this as "Like New" although many products are essentially "Brand New", but being pedantic, with the original cellophane removed or with any other tiny evidence of having been handled, as I cannot 100% guarantee they have not been used to demo or that any "DLC Code / Online Pass" has been redeemed, therefore I list as "Like New". I will shrink-wrap these items, and they are are extremely "Presentable" and "Giftable". I have had lots of happy customers who have bought these as presents and not one single complaint ! Many customers have complimented us that the item was "Brand New" at a "Used" priced ! In the case of games, a child would simply rip of the wrapping and never know (but we do, and we like to be honest in our descriptions) !USED "VERY GOOD": These are of high quality. They are generally in impeccable, complete condition. They could simply be an display item, an "accidental purchase" return, a used product that has been may show some tiny signs of handling or something from my own collection I have enjoyed and now offer for somebody else to enjoy. I have re-shrink wrapped them. Again, these are very "Presentable" and "Giftable" and you would be happy to give or receive the item as a gift. I am fussy and careful with my collection of DVDs, Games, CDs and Books and I take great care of them. Often some of these could simply be considered "I was lucky, I got you the Last One In The Shop".BOOKS: Unless advertised as new (in which case it is probably an unwanted gift) my books are used, but have been carefully looked after as they are from my personal collection. They show signs of reading/handling, but are complete, damage free and free from annotations/highlighting etcetera.RETRO GAMING: I have a personal collection of PS2 and Xbox 1 rarities that remain BRAND NEW and still "FACTORY SEALED". If I ever sell these, they are carefully packaged in several layers of polythene to protect the original seal. And Kung Fu Poodle is a no nonsense seller; if I advertise a rarity, I have it in hand and ready to ship. Please note that Retro Game Products, if sold "Factory Sealed", are extremely rare, collectable items which are irreplaceable. As such, they become strictly non-returnable if unsealed or tampered with, as any genuine collectors will understand ! Please ensure you are completely happy with your purchase before unsealing "Retro" products.RETURNS & CUSTOMER CAREKung Fu Poodle is a responsible seller committed to customer satisfaction. Kung Fu Poodle is compliant with the Return Policy of Amazon.co.uk and relevant UK / European Union Consumer Legislation.Generally, the EU CRD is that a customer has 14 days in which to notify the seller that they have had a " Change Of Mind " and wish to cancel the order. There are specific Exceptions and Terms & Conditions to that general "Rule Of Thumb" dependent on the type of product.With regard to Audio, Video and Software contained on a medium such as an Optical Disc (i.e. DVD, CD, Blu Ray, PS3 Game Disc) a return is only required on items that remain sealed and have not been unsealed or opened. If an item has been unsealed, a 14 Day Change Of Mind return is invalid and would not be applicable.All my items are Sealed in one way or another. I know how important your purchase is to you. Generally, I always despatch within 1 working day. Where possible, I despatch the following "AM" Mondays to Fridays to ensure your item gets to you ASAP.
