How can I contact Hangerworld by phone?
Our helpful Customer Services Team will be happy to answer your questions. You can contact them by calling either - 0800 141 2673 or 01253 600633, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Where Is My Order?
We endeavour to dispatch all orders swiftly and, where possible, this will be done on the same day as the order is received.

We understand how frustrating delivery delays and problems can be and we will do all we can to assist if a problem arises. 

Should your order have not been received by the estimated time given by Amazon, please do let us know.

Delays are most likely due to failed delivery attempts when customers are not at home. Parcels are then held at the local sorting office for collection or a re-delivery request for up to 14 days. Calling cards are usually left but these can be easily missed. We are happy to send online re-delivery requests on behalf of our customers if we are informed of a delay. This generally result in another delivery attempt. Customers can alternatively contact their local sorting office.

Should your order still not have arrived after 10 working days, please let us know. We will then be happy to arrange a re-send of your order.

Should you have not received your order, a calling card or an email / text alert within 3 working days (for standard delivery) or 1 working day (for expedited delivery) of the dispatch date, please do contact us.

If you have received a calling card or email /text alert, please follow the instructions to arrange a re-delivery. Should you have any problems with this or please contact us.
Please note: parcels will be returned to sender if the re-delivery also fails.

What happens if my order is received damaged or is incorrect?

Please do let us know straight away. We will be happy to arrange for replacements to be sent or offer a refund.

What happens if once I receive my order, I change my mind and wish to return?

Please return your order back to us in an unused, undamaged condition within 30 days enclosing your Amazon Order ID and reason for the return.
We will then refund you in full for the cost of the goods once safely back with us.

    Since beginning in 2007, here at Hangerworld Ltd. we have always been committed to offering value for money. Our coat hanger, garment cover, clothes care and storage ranges have continued to grow and we now have a large selection of styles, sizes and colours.

    We specialise in providing small quantities of goods to householders but have the stock to service commercial orders with ease.  

    We import many of our stock lines and offer an IMPORT SERVICE to our customers for BESPOKE ITEMS, plain or with customised logos.

    We aim to give 100% customer satisfaction and we achieve this by closely monitoring all orders throughout the dispatch process, with a target of dispatching on the same day.

    Many of our products are fulfilled by Amazon and therefore dispatched from the Amazon warehouses. This benefits all customers with the Amazon guarantee including a free returns service. Those customers also signed up for Amazon FREE Super Saver Delivery and Amazon Prime can benefit from free expedited delivery.

    Hangerworld Dispatch Policies

    We are happy to deliver to mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Scottish Islands and the Channel Islands and to the EU countries.

    Standard delivery is free to mainland UK.  Charges may apply to other destinations, so please contact us if required.

    Once we have received your order it will be carefully packed and dispatched within 2 working days from our own warehouses for all merchant dispatched products. 
    If orders are received before 1300hrs we will try to send them out on the same day.

    Products fulfilled by Amazon will be processed by the Amazon system and dispatched from the Amazon warehouses within the time scale given.

    We dispatch using Royal Mail, Parcelforce & DPD. Orders over 2kg are usually sent by courier. Orders over a value of £20 will usually require a signature on delivery.  We do offer an expedited service at an extra charge and this is usually a next working day service by courier. 

    When deliveries are made to BFPO, HMS or RAF establishments or any other establishment where a person other than the addressee is responsible for receiving goods Hangerworld Ltd. does not guarantee delivery beyond that point.
