Q. What warranty comes with your products?

A. All New items have at least a 1 Year guarantee, some are also covered by extended warranties once you register the product - 2 years for Yamaha items, 3 years for selected Casio pianos etc.

Q. Theres been a lot of fake gear around recently, how do I know yours is OK?

A. All our new items are bought directly from the manfacturer, and we're official dealers for all the brands we sell. We've also had a shop in Blackburn since 1922, so you're welcome to pop in and say hello!

Q. You've been selling on Amazon for years - whats happened to your feedback ?

A. Because we've expanded our business, we've had to move to a different seller accout on Amazon, and annoyingly, Amazon can't move our feedback across to our new account.

    Reidy's Home of Music is a family owned music store, based in Blackburn, Lancashire supplying musical equipment since 1922, and online since 2000.

    Normally this will mean despatch by  DHL courier, but some very small items (such as guitar strings) will be sent by 1st Class Royal Mail.
