    EuroCarParts Dispatch Policies

    1. All Orders placed, Monday - Friday before 13:00 are shipped the same day, using your service of choice. Due to the volume of fast moving stock we hold, if it may be necessary to transfer items from our distribution centre,If this happens you will be informed of any delay. 

    2. Car batteries cannot be sent to locations, where they travel over water, this includes and is not limited to Islands, Highlands, NI and other remote areas. If an order is placed to an area where we cannot deliver, we will cancel the order.
    3. Certain Mainland postcodes will carry a delivery delay, due to courier restrictions, these includes but are not limited to;
    AB, DD, KW, ZE, GY, JE1, PA, PH, HS, IV, KA, IM, TR
    4. We do not ship to NI - We reserve the right to cancel orders to any BT postcodes 
    5. Please note the delivery period for all custom made car mats is 7-10 working days after dispatch.

    Returns and Refunds

    If you change your mind, or if any of our products fall below the standard you would expect and you wish to return the item, please notify us within 14 working days of delivery so we can issue you with a returns authorization number and return address. We aim to process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the goods, providing they are undamaged and in a re-saleable condition. 

     Should you need to return an item, please contact us and we will forward our returns information to you. 

    Any damages must be reported to us within 24 hours for us to raise any claims with our courier. Any claims after 24 hours will be dismissed for a claim. We are fully compliant with the Distance Selling regulations.
