Who can buy from Lightbulb?

Anyone. There is no minimum order (Note - some 6ft fluorescent tubes are supplied in a minimum quantity of 6 or 12). We accept all major credit cards and all orders (subject to stock availability) are normally dispatched within 48 hours. Special pricing is available for group accounts. You will find our sales people very product knowledgeable.

Who makes your lamps?

We supply only top quality Branded Lamps and light bulbs from Major manufacturers including GE, Philips, Osram and Sylvania.

How quickly can I get the lamps I need?

All orders (subject to stock availability) are normally dispatched within 48 hours.

How can I order the lamp, if I don't know what it is?

We make hard-to-find lamps and light bulbs easy to find. Our sales people have hundreds of pages of cross-reference information to find your lamp by your equipment make and model, or simply by physical description.

What type of guarantee do I have?

All products supplied by The LightBulb Company carry a specified manufactures warranty. If you experience any problems with your purchase contact our customer care team for advice and or a return reference number. (Please do not send lamps to us without a return reference as we cannot accept any unauthorised returns).

How much do you charge for delivery?

We have NO minimum order value and we only charge £2.85 for delivery within the U.K mainland.

When will my item be dispatched?

We aim to  dispatch all items within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment from Monday to  Friday. You will receive an email notification to confirm your order has been  dispatched.

Do all of your prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices are inclusive of VAT. If  you require a VAT receipt, then please contact us via your account within  Amazon. This will then emailed to you for you to print if required.

How  much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery is free  within the UK.

Can you  deliver on a Saturday or a specified day?

Sorry, we are  not able to offer weekend or specified day deliveries.

Can you  leave my order somewhere if I am not there?

You can instruct  your order to be left in a safe place such as porch, shed etc.
  This should be  entered into the 'Special Instructions' box during the check out process.
  If you do leave  this instruction you will be accepting full responsibility for missing, stolen  or weather damaged items and will therefore be unable to claim for undelivered  goods.
  Please consider  adding an alternative delivery address to your account, such as your work  place, to ensure you receive your order safely.

Can you send my item to another address?

We can only dispatch items to the address  you select as your shipping address upon checkout. If you would like your item  sent to an alternative address you will need to add the additional address to  your Amazon account  and then select  during the checkout process. As the process is automated we are not able to  manually change the address for you.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship internationally.

I have ordered the wrong item, can I swap  it please?

Unfortunately we  are unable to swap items. However we will cancel the order upon your request,  refund you and help you find the right product to re order.

I bought a multi pack, can I return part of  them?

If you have  taken advantage of a pack price for the light bulbs you require, you will not  be able to send any part of the pack back for a refund.

    The Lightbulb Company Dispatch Policies

    Delivery

    All orders (subject to stock availability) are normally dispatched within 48 hours. Orders received before 4.00 pm are normally dispatched the same day. Orders received on Bank Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays will be dispatched on the next business day. If we are unable to dispatch within this period we will contact you to arrange a mutually agreed alternative date. If we cannot agree another date, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price.

    Please note that most orders will require a signature on delivery. Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available between 9.00 and 17.30 Monday to Friday to accept delivery. If our couriers are unable to deliver an order due to the address being unmanned, a card will be left asking you to contact them directly to arrange re-delivery. If no contact is made within 2 days the order will be returned to us and a re-delivery charge may be levied to cover our re-delivery costs.
