Q: How long is standard delivery?
A: We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days from cleared payment. All delivery schedules are given in good faith and are not guaranteed.

Q: Do I have to sign for delivery?
A: Yes all items are sent on sign for service and if you are unavailable the driver may try a neighbour. If this is unsuccessful you will be sent an email with details of how to rebook a delivery or arrange a collection.

Q: Can I pick a time slot?
A: No. All deliveries are at the couriers convenience any time from 8am-8pm

Q: How do I return an item?
A: Goods must be returned 'AS SOLD' in the original packaging complete 'AS NEW'. Memory foam products are all vacuum packed and we will not accept any returns if the inner packaging has been pierced or opened in any way.
All other goods must be complete, unused, and in 'AS NEW' condition (eg if you have opened the box to examine the product it must have been done so without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way) and must be re-packaged as received.You must email us within 5 days of receipt to obtain a returns number before returning any item. Once we have emailed you the returns number and returns address you have 5 days to post the goods back. We do not process any refunds/exchanges without a returns number. We will refund the item price but not any shipping charges incurred by us or yourselves.

Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: You must email us via Amazon within 1 hour of placing the order so we can try and stop despatch. This does not guarantee cancellation but we will do our best to locate your order. If an order is despatched then follow the returns policy once delivered. Do not refuse any parcel as we will charge you £15 for the return shipping cost incurred by us.

    The Linen Depot Dispatch Policies

    We will email you on the day of despatch of your order. If we have sent your order via courier you will also receive a tracking email from them with all contact information. If after 4 days of the email from ourselves you have not received your order or any contact from our courier company then please contact us , Failure to contact within this period will result in the parcel being returned to us and you the customer having to cover all shipping costs.The delivery address must be accessible to the courier and not require any special methods of approach i.e. security gates, entrance codes or key fobs.  All parcels are sent on a signed for service so please ensure someone is available to sign.The courier will make a maximum of 2 attempts to deliver. Delivery times are mon-fri between 8am-8pm and are at the couriers convenience NOT the customers. If a parcel is returned after 2 attempts then £15 will be deducted to cover all shipping costs.
    Items sent via royal mail will usually take 2-3 days to deliver and we do not provide you any tracking information. If you do not receive within 5 days of our despatch email then please contact us.
    Please note our shipping rates are for UK mainland only. The following postcodes are also excluded postcodes BFPO,AB, IV,KW,PA,PH,BT,HS,KA,ZE,IM,GY,JE, Isles of Scilly.
    The above postcodes will incur a surcharge between £7-£15 dependent on the size of the item.

    REFUSALS
