    Direct-Pets Delivery Rates

    Our Super Saver Delivery service is in many cases Free or £1.29 for mainalnd uk addresses. This services takes 7-10 Working Days.

    Expediated Delivery Is Available on Many Items at a cost of £6.99 and is Only Available For Mainland UK. We will despatch these orders within 1 Working Day and send your item on a next day service. This is a 2 working day service. If you order on a monday up to 12.00 pm your order will arrive on Wednesday by 5.00 pm, all orders placed after 12.00pm are classed as placed on the following day. If you order at the Weekend your delivery will be on Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays). Some remote areas of Scotland are a 3 working day service. All items sent on an expediated service require a signature.

    Direct-Pets Dispatch Policies

    Delivery
    We do not ship to BFPO.

    Please note that the delivery time is the only element of the package we can not control. Once the item has left us we can not control the delivery of the item and we are in the hands of the carrier/royal mail  to deliver it. We will email you upon despatch of the item so that you know when to expect delivery. Super Saver Delivery Takes 7-10 Working Days, Expediated delivery takes 2 Working Days. If the order is not delivered within the specified time you must contact us and let us know that it has not arrived. You can instruct the carrier to leave the goods in a place of your choice however you are fully responsible for this and no losses can be made against Country Life Service Ltd or the Carrier company.

    If the item is out of stock or it is special order we will contact you using either email or telephone to inform you of time scales to fullfill the order.

    If you are not in when the goods are attempted to be delivered then a card will be left and it is the responsibility of the customer to arrange redelivery of the parcel. Our Couriers do not charge for re-delivery but you must contact them within 72 hrs or the goods will be returned to us. If delivery is not made within 5 days  of the first delivery attempt then the parcel will be returned to us and we will have to charge for the return and redelivery costs..

    If items are received and the packaging is damaged then in order for a claim to be made the goods are to be signed "as damaged" and you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the damaged items to be collected & replaced at no additional cost and we will be responsible for claiming for the items from our couriers.
