Sunglasses FAQ
Are your sunglasses genuine?
Sunglasses Shop is an authorised dealer for every brand of sunglasses and clothing we sell. All items are sold with a full warranty, typically one year for sunglasses. All designer sunglasses are sent with their original case and any warranty cards and information. It is exactly the same product you will find in our shop, or any luxury boutique or department store.
How do I know if the goods I order are in stock?All sunglasses online, unless stated are in stock. On the rare occasion the goods are temporarily out of stock a back order will be placed with our suppliers which will take a maximum of 10 days. If the goods are still unavailable you will be notified by email where an exchange or refund will be offered. Occasionally we will double sell an item. If this happens we will notify the customer as soon as we find out to offer an alternative or advise how long the replacement will take.
My Order
All UK orders are sent via 1st class Royal Mail, recorded or special delivery and require a signature. A majority of orders are delivered within 1 working day. If there is no one available to sign for your order, Royal Mail will leave a notification card and your order will be taken to your local post office where it will be available for collection. Orders are only classified as missing in the post 15 days after posting.

About International Sunglass Center
Our mission
To deliver top products, at a great price, hassle free.
Our products
We are constantly updating our catalogues to ensure we have the widest collection of products, all available for immediate dispatch. We welcome requests for new products and we always aim to meet the demands of an evolving market, and vast array of customers. We have an in-house buying team who monitor the latest trends and truly have their fingers on the fashion pulse. We differ from many other suppliers by holding all items advertised on our website (except spectacles) in stock. We also photograph almost all products in-house. All of our goods are supplied by the UK branches of the brands or their distributors.
Our customers
We have an eclectic mix of customers ranging from the fashion forward to the technical. Our fashion forward customers demand the latest styles whilst those after technical products need accurate technical information to help inform their decisions. We aim to surpass customer expectations by offering free delivery within the UK and by using the quickest means possible for our international customers.
Our team
We ensure that everyone here at the Sunglasses Shop understands the importance of customer service and we are continually striving to offer the best possible customer experience. Our staff have regular training from all our suppliers, and being independent, ensures they are able to offer unbiased advice for almost any query. During the busy periods we extend our working hours to ensure we have staff available to meet demands and to deal with queries outside of office hours.

We regularly review our shipping contracts and performance and aim to ensure that all UK deliveries are made as swiftly as possible. We ship goods every working day (Monday to Fridays excluding bank holidays) and use different services depending on the products/delivery location. Royal Mail first class is used for orders under £50 within the UK and all other UK orders are shipped either Royal Mail special delivery or via UPS. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail or UPS, again this depends on location/order value.

Returns and Refunds
Sunglasses Returns Policy
If a product is unwanted or is faulty it can be returned to us for an exchange or a refund within 1 week. Please email us to let us know that you would like to return the product for an exchange or refund and we will forward over a link to our return form.
Alternatively you can post back your product and include your Amazon paperwork and just add on the form whether you would like an exchange or refund. If you would like an exchange please add what product you would like to exchange for.
Any product being returned should be sent via recorded mail as we cannot be held responsible for any loss in the post.
Unfortunately return postage cannot be refunded. In the event of a product return from a UK VAT exempt country, state or territory the customer will be responsible for any taxes and surcharges incurred and will have to pay these at the time of shipping, and prior to receipt of goods by Sunglasses Shop.
