    MABI Direct BRANDS by MABI GmbH Delivery Rates

    All customers please note when placing an order to be 100% sure of your Delivery Address with Name, House Number, Correct Postcode & details on Amazon is updated before confirming your order as once the submit button is pressed we cannot be held responsible for any changes that are needed as we would of already processed your order and therefore will not be able to change details or address.

    All items are in stock and are dispatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. Items purchased over the weekend or on bank holidays will be sent out the next working day. Order Completion is defined when the order closes and payment has been cleared and received. Every care will be taken when posting to ensure safe delivery of your parcel.


    Delivery
    All items are sent via Post, DHL or DPD. Post, DHL or DPD give an estimated delivery time of 2-5 working days depending on destination (Islands - Mainland), but it is not a guaranteed service. We cannot be held responsible for delays by the parcel company.

    Most of our items sent by DHL or DPD Recorded Delivery service are only traceable upon Delivery. Upon issuing of a Tracking number to you; your item is in the hands of the postal service. We have no control over this. These are the term and condition for this service. Please allow 10 days prior to making any contact with us regarding non-receipt.

    If your parcel comes back to us due to any reason like addressee has gone away, no answer, address incomplete, address inaccessible, address unknown, refused, not called for or recipients (no one) available to sign the parcel to the delivery address, then the buyer is responsible for, the process of resending the parcel to the buyer again.

    Please do not sign for and accept the parcel if you find the seal is opened or the packaging is damaged. We cannot accept responsibility for damaged items after they have been accepted.
