Q. Can I return my item?

A. Please note that all our items are bespoke manufactuered to order. We do not hold any pre-made stock and any variations listed are simply options/variants of a product line which can be made. Therefore all items sold are treated as bespoke orders manufactuered and tailored to your specific size and type.

We may authorise a return depending on the circumstances but retain the right to charge a handling fee of up to 25%. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges and refunds can take up to 10 working days from when the item is recieved by us. We recommend that all items are returned using a trackable service.

If you have any issues/problems with†our service or product get in touch with us first by using the Amazon contact system or freephone telephone number (0800 048 2757). If we don't know about the issue/problem we can't help!

Q. My item arrived damaged

A. First please ensure if any item is delivered as damaged you sign for it as such and do not sign for the item as pristine. Contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving the delivery with some pictures of the damage and in almost all†cases we will dispatch a replacement ASAP!

Q.†Can I track my item

A. Yes! All framed canvas, perspex, mdf, "expedited/get it fast/express" & international orders are shipped using our network of tracked†couriers. Contact us for the†tracking details of your item. All other items (poster/roll canvas) are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class.

    WallArt101 Dispatch Policies

    Important Christmas Information: We ship up untill the 23rd December for next day delivery on Christmas†Eve. If the 23rd falls on a weekend then†the last day for shipping would fall on the Thursday for next day delivery Friday.

    1.0 - Should items be returned to us as "undeliverable" there may be additional charges for re-delivery.

    2.0 - For any shipments being delivered to destinations outside the UK buyers are responsible for any taxes/duties imposed by their country. It is your responsibility to calculate any taxes/duties you may be charged,

    3.0 - We use tracked and signed couriers for all framed, mounted,†expedited†and international items. Any damaged items should not be signed for as pristine. Please inform us of any damages within 24-48 hours and a replacement can be issued.
