How do I contact
Fabu-licious Customer Services?
You can email, office hours - Monday to Friday, at Help@Fabu-licious.com and we will aim to answer your enquiry same day, any enquiries received outside of office hours will be responded to on the next available working day. However, if the matter is of an urgent nature please call 0845 094 4032 between 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday. Our Customer Services team are not available at the weekend.
What is your returns policy?
Fabu-licious.com prides itself on the quality of the goods and service we offer, as such we are happy to offer a '100% product refund' returns policy. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it for an exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery, providing it has not been worn or used and is in its original packaging. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to accept items of a personal nature, such as jewellery or items that have been personalised as a return unless it is faulty or agreed by Customer Services.
Please follow the process below:
1. Email our Customer Services team at help@Fabu-licious.com
2. Notify whether you would like the item exchanged or refunded
3. A returns number and address will then be supplied
4. Place the item in its original packaging, or packaging that will protect the item during posting. Please make sure to include a note of your order number, reason for return and clearly re-address the parcel. We strongly recommend that you use a signed for postal service in case any items are lost/damaged in transit
If the item is faulty or being returned due to a picking error we will refund the cost incurred in returning the item. Where goods returned are not faulty we will only refund the cost of the returned item/s.
What should I do if the goods arrive damaged?
If any part of your order arrives damaged, please accept our sincerest apologies. Contact us via email within 48 hours so that we can take this up with the delivery agent. You then have 7 days to return the item - details above. A refund will be made for the cost of the return postage and a replacement will be immediately dispatched or refund processed.

Parcels weighing over 2kg will be dispatched via courier 24-48hr service.
- Once we receive your order notification from Amazon.co.uk it will be dispatched via *Royal Mail special delivery next day b4 1pm.

What should I do if my goods do not arrive on time?
In the first instance contact your local sorting office, 97% of the time your order will be awaiting collection at the local depot, even if a calling card has not been left. Delivery times stated on Amazon.co.uk are estimated delivery times published by Royal Mail. Occasionally Royal Mail may differ from these time-lines, especially within peak seasonal periods, and delays maybe experienced. Fabu-licious can not take responsibility for these delays as delivery times are not guaranteed. If you require an order to arrive by a guaranteed date, this can be arranged via our expedited service at no extra cost - however you must contact our customer services team to arrange the guarantee and to receive a tracking reference number.
When Royal Mail returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a full product refund (excl. any delivery/gift wrap charges).
We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us. If you would still like to purchase those items, you're welcome to place a new order for them via Amazon.
If you suspect your order was not delivered as you were unavailable to take delivery, or collect the parcel from the sorting office or the address entered at time of purchase is incorrect, and you have not received confirmation from us of its return and/or a refund after four weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org

Do you offer a gift-wrapping service?
If you require your gift to be wrapped, we offer this service for an additional cost of £2.50 - please tick the box requesting this service. We are only able to offer this service for deliveries within the UK, due to customs restrictions. If you would like to add a message to accompany your gift please email your order ID and the message to Help@fabu-licious.com and we will ensure your personalised message is attached to your gift for no extra charge.
Please note that if the gift is subsequently returned we are unable to refund this charge.
During the checkout process, you can choose our silver gift-wrap option. We will carefully hand wrap each item on its own in our high quality silver gift paper and (if notified via email) attach your message on a personalized label.
