1. How to identify whether it is a quality issue
a. In general, we make comprehensive test to all goods before shipping, including conditions, functions, accessaries and so on.
b. If there is any problem during the usage, please feel free to contact our service team. In order to fix problem for your product immediately, it is very helpful to provide some pictures or videos about the problem. If the problem doesn't occur during our test, we have to judge there is something wrong in your usage. Thus, it will not be taken as quality issue.
c. We accept the refund or exchange as ordinary process for the non-quality-issue goods.
2. What if I don't receive my product
Please contact our service team if you do not get your product in the designated time given for the postage option you chosen. Compared to the amount of parcel we sent, it is very 'lucky' for you to not receive your order. We understand that these things do happen but under most situations we find the major reason is due to the customer not being at home to collect the parcel and not carded by the postal service to collect at the depot. Sometimes, we find the wrong address being used by our customer.

3. What if I want to cancel my order
If the product you purchased has not been shipped, we can cancel the order at no cost to you. If the order has alreay been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order. In order to properly get this order refunded, you will need to send the product back to us, the order will be refunded minus the postal fees.
