Q; Why are you so low on price ?

A; We buy from manufacturers directly and in large numbers and we pass that benefit to you.This also means that you get ORIGINAL product and not copies or fakes which are common on internet.

Q; Do you ship from your own stock?

A;Yes we do. We do not get orders and then try to obtain stock. This speeds the delivery timing to you.

Q; Are all of your stocks new?

A;We only ship brand new original packed as supplied from major manufacturers.

Q; What happens if I buy and Change my mind ?

A; You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to change your mind and you have to advise within that period . You will be given authorisation to return within 3 working days  the unwanted item at your cost in original condition you received so it can be sold again  as new. Our fulfilment house may deduct part of their fulfilment cost and expedited charges will not be refunded.

Q; Do you give full refund or replace if the stock you supply is not as was advertised or if its faulty out of box.

A; If the product is not what it was advertised or it has manufacturing fault (not according to published specification  and is verified on return by Engineer), then we will authorise return and bear the cost of shipping and will supply a replacement or refund (at our choice) within a reasonable time. If however unit comes back and no fault is found or it has been damaged then you will only get partial refund).Same applies if unit is not complete when its sent back.

Q; What if the unit develops fault within first 28 days?

A; If the unit goes faulty (manufacturing) within the first 28days then we will authorise return based on test when we get the unit. Then an Engineer will check and if its found to be Manufacture faulty (you will get replacement or full refund) rather than misuse, Damage or according to specification, when a reasonable charge will be made which you have to pay, before unit is returned. Unit must be complete as you received at time of purchase.

Q; What happens if unit goes faulty after 28days ?

A; Every product carries its own manufacturers warranty for at least one year. After the 28days, you can exercise this warranty and send unit directly to manufacturers or their service centre who has the expertise and parts  to service the product efficiently, we will of course assist you if you any assistance. Details of warranty are normally in the box when you get or on manufacturer's website.

 Q; How do you ship goods to EU countries and with what Specification;

A; All our products are mainly sourced in UK and have UK & EU safety and warranty through respective manufacturers. If the product has a mains plug we will usually either change the lead to 2 Pin or add a 3pin to 2pin convertor so it can be used with 2Pin plugs. If a product has a TV tuner, it will be PAL-I (UHF) , but some time multi system, please enquire before purchase to avoid issues as you will bear the cost of return if you order without asking. We will use Royal Mail International & DPD courier for our deliveries to EU, please be patient as it may sometimes take longer than estimated due to many factors . It is strictly your responsibility to check the specification before ordering . If you are not sure please ask.

    At magicdiscounts we do our very best to ship your item promptly and inexpensively! After you have paid for your item and your order has been released to us by Amazon , we will usually send it within 1-3 business days or faster by Expedited . You must allow at least 1-2 days for shipper to deliver.

    We generally use DPD, Parcelforce or Royal Mail Recorded delivery or Tracked system. Please ensure that once the parcel is delivered at your address the parcel is checked for any sign of damage or shortage and signed accordingly. Once they obtain a clean signature , no claims will be accepted. YOU HAVE TO TRUST THE SHIPPER AS WE DO.

    If you are not at home when they try to deliver, they normally will leave a card and take your parcel to nearest Post /Sorting Office or their depot for you to collect or arrange re-delivery. If you do not receive your parcel and have not had notification within a week , please contact us and we will trace & investigate immediately. Please note that your shipment is only paid for one delivery attempt, after that it is your responsibility to obtain either by collection or arrangement with Royal Mail/Parcelforce/DPD.

    Please note that its very unlikely that you will not received your orders promptly, but in the rare occasion that parcel is lost by carriers, you must understand that we have to allow reasonable time for Ryal Mail to try and trace your parcel based on their 15 working days. Thank you for your understanding.

    PLEASE NOTE; Shipments to Locations/Countries out of Mainland UK , may be subject to Local Taxes , Duties and other surcharges. These are the duty of the customer to check locally as it is their responsibility to pay these on arrival. We are only responsible for the cost of shipping  .

    General conditions for return
    • Requests for return of items must be made in writing by e-mail
    • All requests for return should provide the following details:
    - The correct order reference number
    - Reason for return
    - In the case of faulty products – the nature of the fault
    • You may only return your item once we have contacted you to confirm your request for return
    • All returned goods should include a note with the same details as required for the request for return (a printed copy of your correspondence with us to return the item will suffice)
    • We strongly recommend that any packages you send back to us, are fully insured and that you ship using a service that can provide a proof of delivery
    • We will not be responsible for any items which you send back to us that are lost or damaged in transit.


    Any returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted

    Returns within 14 days of delivery
    • You must notify us in good time and ideally within 7 days of delivery of any item that you wish to return back to us to give enough time for our authorisation and goods to reach our supplier within 14 calender days or it will be rejected.

    • We will not refund part of the fulfillment cost or the EXPEDITED charge and you will be liable for the delivery charge when returning the product. We will however give you full refund for the actual value of product and shipping cost only.
    • Returned goods must be complete, unused, in 'as new' condition, and must be returned with the original box, packaging and accessories.
    • Where a refund is requested:
    - Products returned to us complete, ‘as new’, unused and in the original box will be refunded the full invoice price of the item only i.e. Fulfillment & Expedited will not be refunded.
    - Products returned to us incomplete i.e. missing manuals, accessories etc. will incur an appropriate charge which will be deducted from the refund
    - Products returned to us which have been opened, seals broken, packaging not intact, will incur a fee of up to 35% of the price paid for the goods, subject to condition. Hygienic products can not be returned unless they have original seal under this section.

    Returns of faulty goods – within 28 days of delivery
    • Faulty products may be returned within 28 of delivery for a replacement

    • We will dispatch a replacement product once the original item has been received and investigated as per your stated fault. If no fault found, there will be an Engineer cost and shipping cost involved.
    • The replacement of products does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, damage resulting from exposure to sand and water or failure to follow the manufacturer’s instruction.

    Returns of faulty goods – after 28 days of delivery
    • All products carry a minimum one year guarantee with respective manufacturer who acts as our service agent through their network of service centers. Direct arrangements will ensure speed & efficiency. Details are supplied in the original package, but if you need help. Please contact us.

    • You will be liable for any delivery charges arising from the return and replacement of fault products.
