    Zen Personal Care Dispatch Policies

    To avoid losing deliveries, our dispatches are sent by Royal Mail Recorded delivery. We also dispatch through courier.  Dispatch usually takes place within 1 to 4 working days of receiving full payment, please allow up to 7 working days to receive your order and during postal strikes 21days.  We have no control over any disruption to the Postal Services.     If you are not available to sign for the parcel, Royal Mail will leave a card asking you to collect the parcel from the Royal Mail depot within 7 days or you can arrange a redelivery by calling the telephone number on the card.  If the parcel is not collected from Royal Mail Depot, it will be returned to us and it normally takes about one month.  We will not dispatch the order again until we receive the returned parcel and we will charge another postage cost.  Our courier will also leave a note for you to contact them and arrange delivery at a convenient time. If your goods arrive faulty, damaged or incomplete in any way, please email us within 7 working days so we can resolve the problem.
